+ 0 moreAs explained in the service area Jay and ADC were exceptional in completing the service of removing a skunk that has taken up resident under my house. I do not have a basement I have a crawl space. I would hire Jay immediately again if there was additional problem however because of his knowledge and professional abilities I have not had any additional problems. He set the traps as explained to me, I followed his instructions, and then hired his recommendation to complete all steps. Of you are having a wildlife problem give him a call explain what you are seeing and he will explain, educate you on the wildlife situation, give his process and will follow through exactly as described. He will efficiently help you deal with the wildlife issue taking care of you and your family whether it be pets and/or children.
Description of Work: Without any reservation I highly recommend Jay and ADC. I used ADC last summer when I suspected a skunk was living under my house. Jay was exceptional in educating me on wildlife behavior, how it was effecting my pets and myself and what needed to deal with this problem. This was all before he came. We set an appointment and Jay was on time, professional and so informated about what was needed. I hired him immediately. He did exactly as he said he would, always arriving and dealing with the traps quietly and efficiently until the problem was resolved. I have had no more problems. Jay also referred me to another company to complete the wildlife proofing that was needed for future protection of my property. This company was also exceptional in their response and doing the work effective and efficiently. If you are having a problem with wildlife do not hestiate to hire Jay and ADC.

+ -1 moreThey were very responsive - arriving within an hour of us calling. I found them to be very honest, prompt and took the time to explain what they did. There was snow all around the house and still got in the attic and inspected the area. He said he would personally come inspect the traps everyday until the issue was resolved.

I called City of Centennial (CO), and was referred to Animal Damage Control and Wildlife Services, along with other options. This company is independently owned, not operated by by some franchise. I did my homework before calling. www.wildlifedamage.com Here?s my experience. Screeching began at 8:30 AM and continued in my fireplace. I knew an animal was frantic, trapped on the fireplace damper, and the sound was piercing. Jay responded within a few hours. He discovered firsthand, within a few inches of peering down my chimney flue, a raccoon. As he explained, this is breeding season for raccoons. Trees allowed access to my roof. Claw marks were apparent. Bigger picture, the raccoon could have given birth to babies withing a few months. A family of raccoons presents issues. The babies can?t climb out, the mother is fiercly protective, and her babies urinate and deficate in fireplace chimneys. That?s a bigger problem, odor, and mess. Jay offered suggestions and information to me. It worked. The raccoon vacated my chimney. I researched online solutions, without much luck. Most likely, my grandparents would have figured this out. In Denver, I needed an experienced and knowledgeable professional. I can?t imagine a better service to call (BBB approved). Excellent work.

+ -1 moreGreat. Jay was responsive, came out looked at the problem, charged a single upfront price and more than met all the commitments he made. Jay set traps on the roof at the entry point for the squirrels. Came by everyday to check and remove the squirrels (we caught 6). Even picked up on his day off when I called to let him know one had been trapped. Really appreciated that so I didn't worry about the animal suffering on the roof. Once we went several days not trapping any squirrels he put flashing up around the hole to keep them from coming back. It seems to be working, no more noise of critters. In addition, Jay let me know that he had premission to release the animals so they wouldn't be killed, we also appreciated that. I have recommended him to my friends as a great contractor for any pests they get on their property. I would certainly use him again.

Description of Work: Our home has had a severe squirrel and flicker problem for several years. We have tried everything recommended and havespent $1000" of dollars on fake owls to replacement siding all to no avail. However, we live in a beautiful area and love to be with nature it's just that in this case the damage they are causing has become very expensive. Giving the situation one last try, I read about Jay on Angie's List and purchased a "big deal coupon." Jay the owner responded the same day! He was pleasant, professional and willing to survey the damage right away. After giving us a quote, Jay went the extra mile to help find some one who could patch the damage once he was able to remove the squirrels/nests in a very humane way. It was not easy finding someone who would take on the job however, with Jay's extensive network and persistence, we secured Sperr Maintenance & Improvements and together they worked to correct the problem. This was not a typical job for Jay and he inspected the job everyday for approximately 7 weeks. He kept me informed via phone or text which was wonderful since I work and could not always be available. And by working with the other contractor, together they were able to coordinate the timing on getting the job completed which far exceeded my expectations! I learned so much from Jay during this process and had we met him when the problem first started years ago, we would probably would have had less damage and a little money saved. Thank you Jay fora job well done!

+ -1 moreI contacted Jay at ADC regarding the signs of wildlife (potential skunks) living under my house in a crawl space. I left a voice message and he returned my call within 5 minutes. We discussed the signs I saw around the house, fence and yard and he determined and agreed I was most likely dealing with one or more skunks. He educated me regarding the dangers, additional damage that could be occurring, his cost, his process and results to expect. We set the appointment for him to come the next day. He came the next morning within the time set up, togther we surveyed the area, and discussed the best plan of action. Jay was careful to discuss my responsibility and was helpful regarding the concerns for my pets and shared instructions to protect them and myself. He set the traps and as described he has returned each day to check the traps and the first night had success. He has returned each day to check the traps, reset them. and has left me notes as to the results. Although the process is still on going I wanted to submit my report. I am extremely impressed with his ability to follow through, to keep me informed and his friendly professionalism. He has also shared a recommendation for "wildlife pest proofing" my home to prevent future problems. I have already scheduled to have that completed in coordination with Jay when he finishes his process. I without reservation HIGHLY recommend Jay. He deserved an A+++ rating.

+ -1 moreJay was absolutely great to work with and was committed to helping with my raccoon problem.He set traps in locations that were access to the roof and caught 1 raccoon and a couple of squirrels!The weather temp dropped enough to keep animals out and once I was confident that there was no activity I had a contractor close the opening the raccoons made on the eave. I was very pleased that Jay was willing to keep and attend to his traps as long as it took to help me feel safe. Thanks Jay!

Then when he came back he brought him a raccoon cap he had made. There are not too many companies that go above and beyond like he did. I would use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

+ -1 moreDon't have anything else to add to the above, except that she would make multiple trips a day as needed. She didn't leave the squirrels trapped for any unreasonable length of time (think longest was 6 hours). She was very thorough and kept me updated.
Description of Work: The owner identified that I had more than one generation of squirrels accessing my roof and attic. She captured all the squirrels and promptly picked them up for removal to an open space area. I believe she ended up capturing 20 squirrels (2 at a time) in live traps. The roof was fixed by another group working with her, and I haven't had problems since!

Description of Work: A coupe of years ago 5 skunks were living under an out building. Lisettet set up her traps and they hopped right in. She charges per skunk as it seems they are usually hard to trap and she often has to make several trips. So that cold save monly if she has to come several times. This time we lucked out and they were there the first time. My handy man was here at the time and we had a confrence about how to screen to keep future occupants out. We followed her advice and no trouble since.

+ 0 moreJay was quick to call back and come to the house to see what was needed. He was quicker to respond and less costly than other services I contacted. His price was a flat fee where others seemed to be a smaller base fee but added on for each animal removed. He started the next day, and was diligent. Jay set up two traps near the entry point and he was good at communicating, sometimes by phone, but more often through notes left for us as to when he removed a squirrel and when the traps were empty. This job took longer than anticipated, I think, because each time we thought we were done there were more noises within a day or two. It turned out that there was a second access point that was less visible and obvious, but once that was located he was able to finish up quickly. I think there were a total of four animals removed and relocated. Jay checked the traps on a daily basis, and when we were sure there were no more squirrels getting in, Jay covered up both holes and referred me to a handyman who was able to do a more permanant repair for a very reasonable price. So far, we are still squirrel free!

It will be released in open space, far away enough that it won't find its way back. Lisette was very responsive and prompt when making repeat visits to my house. I would highly recommend her services to family and friends.

After I called her, she came out pretty quickly, set out the traps and explained to me what kind of animal she thought it was. She told me to call her when an animal was in the trap. She checked the traps every morning as well. I called her when an animal was found in the trap and she was prompt in arriving. Turns out, it was a very large squirrel which she released several miles away from my home. The price was reasonable for this service. I?m happy with her services and I?ve already recommend her to a friend.

+ -1 moreI had been hearing sounds coming from interior wall of my home. Incident occurred in winter and summer months. Was concerned animal(s) were "falling" into the house and unable to exit. She responded w/n 24 hours to each of my calls or emails. Took a conservative approach and offered me several options. When I decided to do an inspection, she was very thorough in the inspection as well as explaining what she would be looking for. She discovered a unrelated structural issue that needed immediate attention. She was courteous, knowledgable and prompt/reliable.
