The folks did what they said. They kept coming back until all the squirrels were gone. The critters were humanely trapped and released far away from from our home. Very pleased.

Jay and his his two sons were incredibly prompt, professional and knowledgeable about how to address the problem on my farm. They set approx. 30 live traps and were there daily to attend to them, catching what we believe to be all of the rabbits, and a couple of skunks, over a 15 day period. I found them to be very trustworthy and conscientious on the property, as well as caring for the live release of the rabbits on property licensed to receive wildlife in the Elizabeth area. I would highly recommend Jay and his family.

I tried several other critter removal companies in the past that never even came close to eradicating the problem but charged exorbitant fees anyway. Jay analyzed my particular situation very carefully and located every possible entry point for an assortment of different animals, each of which had different nesting habits, and he came back daily to check the traps and check for new entry points. He persevered until the job was done completely and humanely. He charged me a flat fee that he honored, in spite of the many additional times he had to come by to check out the constantly evolving situation and stay on top of things. This included weekends and holidays. His dedication to doing the job right went far above and beyond my hopes or expectations. My children and I are finally able to sleep at night without being awakened by the sound of heavy thumping and scratching in the attic. Bliss!I cannot recommend Jay highly enough. We heard live (unidentified) animals scurrying in our attic crawlspace. Found ADC from great Angie's List reviews, they came out either the next day, or very soon after our call (I can't recall now). VERY professional! Immediately identified animal problems as raccoons, walked around my property with me and showed me all the specific tell-tale signs. They explained their full process, and flat fee structure. They set live traps, and return every single day - except Sundays - to check on them. When they made a live catch, they offered to text me a photo of the catch either as proof or simple to assuage curiosity. I felt that these professionals were sensitive to both feelings of the humans, and welfare of the animals. They explained that their cages have a little food and water to keep the animal until they come by to remove it. They covered the cages in burlap to lessen the appearance in my front yard, easily visible from the street. The traps were out for about 12 days before we caught 1 raccoon, and finally called it a day. The ADC professionals were in contact me throughout that time. I felt like they were both responsive and responsible. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I feel confidence in calling this company again. I recommend them very highly.

ADC Animal Damage Control is the company you need if you want prompt, experienced, professional, and courteous service. Jay Stewart immediately addressed several of my wild animal concerns in a humane and competent manner. He took care of all of the problems, and I never needed to call him back to address the same situation. I would highly recommend Jay and his company. I have never written a review before but felt his excellent service justified an excellent rating.

We had tried a different service before Jay and ADC. The other service come on 2 different occasions but both times the squirrels returned despite the fact that he told us he had closed holes in the roof and put traps in the attic .Based on a review in Angie's list we called ADC and he came to the house on the same day we called. I appreciated his responsiveness as the other vendor always waited several days before calling or getting to the house. Jay placed traps outside on the roof, came every day to check the traps and we caught at least three squirrels. Jay then transports the squirrels a good number of miles away and releases them. He can in through our back gate so we did not always have to be home. After several days with no squirrels caught he closed their access points in the roof. We are still squirrel free several months later. I hope not to use ADC again but it we had to we would. Thank you.

We had a skunk living under our deck. Jay set four traps around our property in places the skunk had visited. He checked the traps every morning and kept us informed about his progress. Within a week the skunk was caught and removed without it spraying. He also advised us on ways we could critter-proof the space under our deck. Overall he was very professional and friendly.

He then proceeded to put the bag up while we discussed his previous work in my neighbor hood. In July of 2010, after our dog got too close to a skunk, I contacted Jay to come out to our neighborhood and help. He contracted with me and 16 of my neighbors... the job - a big one - got done over a several week period with Jay consistently monitoring the area and personally speaking to each of us as the worked went on. It wasn't until two years later I asked for his help again. And once again he made us skunk free. Very professional, very humane, very understanding and very friendly. Would I call him again? If the past is any indicator, it looks like I will have to. The two skunk jobs totaled $1400

It was pretty obvious when we had a skunk living under our patio slab. The dog was going to a very small hole that we had not seen, and we could smell it. We called Jay Stewart of ADC for help. First, he gave us advice on how to be sure that the skunk was and quot;in residence.and quot; When we confirmed that, he came the same day and set traps. Jay and his son, Ryan, checked the traps every day for about three weeks until he was sure there were no more skunks. He kept us up to date on the situation. He responds quickly to phone messages. Jay is an independent business man and not a franchise and I like to use independents. He has done this for years and really knows his profession. It is a compliment to say that he knows how to think like a skunk (raccoon, rabbit, squirrel).! He took care of the skunk and told us how to prevent another one from getting in. I recommend this provider with no reservations and will use him again if the need arises. In addition to being very professional and responsive, Jay is friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Jay Stewart was courteous, communicative, responsive, reliable and effective. I hope we don't need animal control services in the future, but if we do, we'll call Jay for sure!At first I thought $350 was high, but not only was that the same price as another A-rated vendor on this site, but I think it was totally worth it given that Jay visited our home daily for over two weeks. This is a flat rate that includes making sure the critter problem is resolved. *Note that Jay will not go up on a concrete tile roof. I think this is a reasonable exception and have run into this with other types of vendors in the past. The tiles are just too easy to break. He was able to set the traps without going on the roof -- he just couldn't inspect all vents/chimneys, etc. to see where the squirrels were getting in. Jay did recommend a roofer who does animal proofing. If you have animals in your attic and a concrete tile roof, you may want to simultaneously schedule a roofer so you can close off whatever opening is allowing the critters into your house.

WOW. The reviews on here are true! Jay is a friendly, reliable professional! He came to our house 2 days after I called him in a panic. I heard mice on our basement ceiling. I wasn't sure if it was mice or another critter. I called another company that told me the fee would be $350 and told me it was likely a rabbit or raccoon in the wall. I called Jay right after this, and he predicted that it was mice. I liked his demeanor on the phone and his availability. I also liked that he didn't try to scare me into using his services, like the other guy tried to do. IN FACT, Jay didn't charge us for this visit!! I wouldn't expect this, of course, for those of you reading. :-) It seems that the reason Jay didn't charge us was because he thought my husband could set more traps and patch holes with the supply list he gave him. Jay did spend the time to go around the outside of our house and in our garage to find where the mice were getting in. He also provided us with one or two traps and did a temporary fix by covering a hole for us with some materials he had in his truck. He gave my husband good advice and tips about the traps and fixes needed. I definitely think Jay's expertise and time was worth the service call charge, and I would have gladly paid it! If we need services again, I will not hesitate to call Jay. He was awesome!

Animal Damage Control promptly came out when called, set traps, visited everyday to remove trapped animals, and took care of the problem in less than 2 weeks. The firm was prompt and thorough!

Jay is the nicest man to work with. He showed up every day for roughly 10 days, sent me text messages when he was on his way so I could secure my dogs, plugged the holes in my siding, trapped and released the squirrels far away, cleaned up properly from the work he did ... and his $350 fee was more than fair for the multiple visits. I highly recommend ADC Animal Damage Control.

This was one of the best examples of great service and professionalism I have had. As many of the reviews state, Jay was extremely knowledgeable and informative. On the initial consultation, he provided a run down of the issue, the solution, and total cost. In my situation I was dealing with squirrels in the attic. He was able to setup the traps near the entry point quickly, and provided updates regularly as new squirrels were trapped. Jay took the time needed to ensure that all of the squirrels were trapped and removed safely. In my case, I had attic vents that had not been covered and were providing many access points. As part of Jay's service, he will cover the entry point, but additional entry points will be additional charge. In my case I had 5 attic vents. Jay provided me an excellent estimate to eliminate entry on all 5. However, after having caught all of the squirrels, Jay made the correction without any charge. I spoke to him and thanked him for all the work he had been doing and offered to pay anyway as the price was very reasonable. He insisted and just thanked me for my business. After the work had been completed, I found a thank you note on the door. Inside was a nice card thanking me for my business as well as a token of his appreciation. Jay not only does excellent work, but has mastered the art of customer service. I would recommend his services to anyone seeking removal of pests. In this case, I would go so far as to say there is not even a need to call around. If you want the best, just call Jay, and you will not regret it.

JAY WOULD LEAVE A NOTE ON THE FRONT DOOR AS TO HOW MANY HE CAUGHT. HE TOOK THEM TO THE COUNTRY AND LET THEM GO... I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WITH AN ANIMAL PROBLEM .

Jay responded promptly to my phone call for help with the raccoon problem. He was very polite and knowledgeable both on the phone and while doing the work. Upon his arrival he inspected the area and explained everything. I felt very comfortable having him do the work. He was very fair and honest. While doing his work he observed that the chinmey needed some repair work as it appeared that the cap either had never been completed properly or had crumbled in disrepair. I could see the masonry problem from the ground and as I looked at the neighboring homes. He gave me a referral for a masonry guy who was also very professional and informative. I joined Angie's list to find someone to take care of my raccoon problem after I looked online and in the yellow pages. I decided I did not want to throw a dart to make my choice. I am so glad I joined. Several weeks later I found raccoon dropping in one of my window wells and in the corner of the yard. I called Jay for advice and he returned my call ASAP.

Jay returned my initial call promptly. Showed up when he said he would. Went around with me to review the trouble areas. Talked me through the trapping and relocation process. He has been to the house everyday to check and empty the traps. (We have successfully trapped and moved 6 squirrels and 3 rabbits so far, which is good). I liked the flat rate he charged, so no hidden fees. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about the animals. I read all the reviews on Angies list before hiring him, and was not sure that all the reviews could be accurate, but they are, I experienced the same excellent service first hand. Good company to work with, and I have recommended him and his services to others experiencing issues with nuisance animals.

Jay is a great resource. He was able to schedule his inspection in a very timely manner and was able to start the program right away. This was important to us as we felt at risk with squirrels in the attic that had already done damage to wiring. We were afraid of a potential electrical problem or worse a fire. He set the traps, and after short period of daily checking when there was no more squirrel activity in or around our house, we went ahead and closed up and protect against any potential entry points. We kidded Jay that he was so effective he must be a magician. Jay has a great sense of humor and joined in on the kidding. However, he is very conscientious and indeed was very effective We were extremely pleased with Jay. We still have no Squirrels in our area and feel well protected now. Jay is very gracious, accommodating and very easy to work with. He is responsive, prompt and almost always answers his phone or calls back very quickly.
