Lisette came out as promised and installed some devices she said would cause the woodpecker to leave and not return. I was not sure that she could actually make them leave permanently. Amazingly within a few days the woodpecker stopped pecking and appeared to have left. Now, 7 months later, I can tell you Lisette was right. Her devices worked and the woodpecker left and never returned. It was great to be able to deal with this in a humane fashion and not have to resort to pellet guns or other cruel means of eradication. I will definitely call Lisette again if we need to get rid of ANY pests.

Lisette came out quickly and did a thorough assessment of the problem. She indicated what plan of action she had . She was professional, knowledgeable,punctual and reliable. She was up on our roof setting traps several times a week for 2 weeks, and was in the attic as well. After making sure we relocated the squirrels, she sealed up the roof vents where they had come in. She is very personable and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. I highly recommend her and would definitely use her again for similar problem.

Lisette was always very punctual, professional and knowledgeable. She went into the attic with me and showed me various signs of a squirrel infestation. She did not remove the dead squirrel, but only because she couldn't find it. However, thanks to her help I was able to find and remove it the next day on my own. Later she set up traps on the roof, which were always very effective -- sometimes a little more effective than we would have liked (she charges per squirrel removed). But overall we were happy with the service. We liked that she didn't try to poison or run out the squirrels, which could have caused even more problems in the future with dead animals trapped in our house. And we also felt good knowing that the squirrels were treated well (relocated to another county). My only complaint is the price, but only because I didn't expect it. In the second visit she caught about 5 squirrels. Her second bill listed an initiation fee, which I didn't think was fair because she had been to our place a few months before and had not set up traps above the other attic. But when I explained it to her, she said that she'd forgotten that she had been to our place before when she wrote the bill, and she removed the initiation fee. I respected her for that and would definitely use her again if we had a similar problem.

Lisette was great. She came out and was up on our roof 3 times a week for 2 weeks setting traps, and catching a whole family of squirrels gradually for relocation. She also was able to seal up multiple holes in our roof vents and eaves where the squirrels had entered.

Excellent. I had a squirrel problem at my house. Lisette promptly returned my phone call, was very knowledgeable about how to catch the squirrels and remove them from my property, and was very responsive once I hired her. She also recommended a reasonably priced company to repair the hole where the squirrels had found their way into my attic.

The project was a success.

She made 2 trips, one using animal repellent and the second to install the spider and to cover the damage with screening. The spider is still there but will be removed within a month or so. So far no more woodpeckers.

I phoned to request help with removal/exclusion of bats from a loft. I phoned twice, and no-one ever returned my call.

Called to get some squirrels removed from my attic space, who had apparently found their way in through an unsealed area under a roof overhang. This lady did a great job, over several days, using cages and lures to relocate them humanely and then also sealed up the access space. I've had no issues since.
