In addition, roots from a large shade tree in another part of the property were encroaching under a brick patio causing areas of heaving resulting in tripping hazards. We had hired Right Way Property & Wildlife Management in the past and felt confidant of their ability to safely and effectively correct our problems without impacting the health of the healthy, mature tree involved. While removing the brick to access the encroaching roots was difficult because of a surrounding stone wall, Boone and Alex were extremely patient and detailed in their work. They were able to carefully remove the three problematic roots so the brick pavers could be returned to their original position minus any heaves. "Shawn was at my home to install two doors. Everything went fine so I asked for a bid on replacing the underneath of my patio cover from vinyl to osb soffit material. He showed up late both days, raised the bid $375 right after he arrived, telling me he measured wrong. (First clue, measured wrong? Is that my fault) He then added for painting which we had already discussed. He demoed the vinyl, leaving a strip around the edge. I asked what he was doing and he said he was putting the board in the vinyl strip. Would you not ask the homeowner first. If I’m eliminating vinyl, would I want the board placed in the old vinyl strip? I have two small dogs. I asked them to keep the nails picked up and MAKE SURE TO LATCH THE GATE! Thank God I shut the doggie door!! I went outside and they were nailing away and the gate was wide open. He ran out of spackle, used some I had and got mad when I told him I could not leave to go get some. I had another guy in the house bidding a project. I asked him why he wasn’t prepared with supplies. He loaded up his stuff and said “I can’t work for you!” He left my job unfinished. I paid him. Thank God my dogs didn’t get out!! I read a review about his stone work. Perhaps he should stick to that!"

He doesn't pay the people that work for him and when he does pay he will tell you you are getting said amount before you do the job then pay what he feels like paying once you are done arguing that he never said he would pay that. He also will cut as many corners as possible just to save a buck. Do not hire this company. Save yourself from the headache"
