Will (Gene) and his crew did a major remodel of our upstairs. They moved two walls, totally made a new bathroom, moved sink, shower and toilet, and replaced tile and flooring. They added larger windows to our bedroom, and replaced part of wood flooring and custom cedar ceiling in bedroom. Absolutely outstanding job. Also, had one small plumbing issue, and we alerted him of it late Friday night, and he was here to correct it Saturday morning . Customer satisfaction is definitely definitely extremely important to them. Will (Gene) and Johnny were great, and Mandy, Isabella and Paul (drywall, paint and cleanup crew) were equally impressive. Thank you to you all.

Quite knowledgeable on building my patios cover, man of his word, kept the area clean, him and his crew are very hard working no nonsense. We had 100 degree weather at the time they we're working on our project. Will recommend and Ià ¢à  à  ll be using Willard at Veterans Way Remodeling again. He remolded both my kitchen and master bathroom. He worked hard and was as careful and clean as anyone could be with all the tiles and wood cutting. His recommendations for both kitchen and bathroom items were right on the mark and added style to what I wanted. Hand built a bookcase/nick knack shelf unit to replace a rail between kitchen and 2 ft drop into living room. He did a beautiful job . The Nick knack side had varied shelf, cubby sections so 8 sections all had different size spaces. It was my design, and he did a wonderful job even though it was labor intensive. Kitchen: Stone tile backsplash, new floor, new counter tops, took out a small cupboard unit to make room for a utility cupboard and built a shelf over it to continue the style of the kitchen. Replaced light . Bathroom: Completely replaced shower, floor to ceiling tile for shower, barn door closure and old water pipes needed new joints and pluming. Found and replaced a leak problem which had supposable been repaired 3 time in previous years. Sanded and restrained bathroom cupboards, new sink, new lights, and bathroom fan.

Gene works very hard. He listens to what your dreams are about your space. He transformed a bedroom into a dream en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower using the wedi product and a clawfoot tub and double sink vanity. We absolutely love our new bathroom!

The things that he did not do the first time he never followed up and his response has been he has been too busy. This has been for two months. I had to hire another handy man to complete what he did not do.
