Very nice guy.

Every step was completed quickly and expertly.

My heater quit working (2 nights) and it was cold! It was determined the issue was one of two things. I was not pressured to make a decision. I was given the facts clear and precise so I could make a decision. I chose replacing the thermostat. If that wasn't going to work they were going to credit me what was spent on the thermostat towards the second choice and ndash; that was not something I would of expected! They replaced the thermostat while they were here and ndash; a part they always carry. The heater worked perfectly after that and it is still working just fine! Yea!

On the first recent call he got the furnace cleaned and discovered the part that needed replacement. It had to be ordered. Second call was two days later and the work was completed. I am always please with the service from PBS Heating and Gordon.

Gordon was very effecient. The job didn't take more than half an hour.

It went very well, as always, with Gordon. We called him and explained we wanted the unit upgraded ASAP, because of the heat and smoke here. He was respectful of our costs and time line. Within a week, we had the AC up and running within a week! Gordon always suggests a range of prices on his work. Gordon is ALWAYS available for service.

Gordon is a nice man but has HORRIBLE business etiquette. Will promise you the world and talks a great story but I have been stung TWICE and this is it. Will never use him again.

Gordon, the man I spoke with have me a time frame of about an hour and a half from the time of my initial call to look at my furnace. When he arrived, he quickly assessed what was wrong, and he came back the next day with the appropriate part and fixed my furnace! I really appreciated the face that he the time, on a holiday no less, to travel an hour and a half to look at and fix my furnace for me! He's done work for me before and is extremely reliable and knowledgable about what he's doing.

Overall, very good. I recommend highly.
