Their service has always been excellent. Madison returns messages first thing in the morning. The electrician Kevin Wendt explained the code violations clearly and corrected in 2 hours. I forgot the young man who repaired my furnace but he found the last motor in town for my model, potentially saving me having to spend thousands more. I'm rare because I love fixing gas-fired furnaces, central air, and evaporative cooler. Most companies just want to sell you a new on. I've repaired, maintained, or replaced over 20,000 units during my 18 years in HVAC.
"Hired Richard to do a carbon monoxide checks on furnace and hot water heater. After completing that, without being asked he did some troubleshooting on our pellet stove that had a total power failure. In less than fifteen minutes he found the problem that was a $25 part. The only other company in our area that services this particular stove wanted $150 travel and $370 in diagnostic fees just to come look at it. A true professional, as long as he is in business he will have ours."
