Sparklean Cleaning Services

We used them when me moved into our house. They had to leave earlier than the job was completely done, which that wasn't entirely their fault. They showed up a little bit later than expected. They were friendly and pretty efficient. I would probably consider hiring them again when we move out.

They arrived on time and cleaned all the areas I asked for within the allotted time for the special purchase. Thanks!

Mandy was wonderful! Mandy is the owner and I needed a couple of hard to clean areas done right away. She listened to my predicament, and since her crew was already scheduled, Mandy came over herself and took care of me. We are trying to get my late father's house clean before we list the house and the oven looks brand new and the basement bathroom, which hadn't been used in years, is literally sparkling clean! Mandy worked sooo hard and was a delightful person to talk to! We recommend Sparklean 200% and will definitely use them for our move in clean! I just can't say enough about how happy I am with Sparklean!

One of the cleaners paid more attention to detail. One mopped the kitchen floor without sweeping up the food crumbs. Overall, they did a good job and was worth the money.

EXCELLENT! they were on time, polite, efficient. My windows looked SO much better when they were finished. They also cleaned all of my window sills. They worked with me to schedule on a Saturday.

Cleaning was great! We had 2 cleaners for 2 hours and the house was sparkling and smelled great. We purchased the Angie's list coupon and cleaners were very flexible in focusing on key areas where we really needed help (bathrooms and kitchen). Very likely to use them again.

Amazing, I would highly recommend Mandy and her team. They were very friendly, hard working, attentive to details. We recently moved into a house that wasn't cleaned before we moved in and desperately needed it. Sparklean did it for us. Mandy and her team came in and did a very thorough deep clean job. Top to bottom, 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, kitchen, living and family room and down to the basement. Windows and tracks, blinds, walls and door casings, ceiling fans, baseboards, and floors. Toilets, tubs, showers and sinks. Stove and refrigerator, inside, outside underneath and behind. I am sure there are things I am forgetting but that gives you an idea. The house looked and smelled so wonderful when they were done. I would definitely use the again.

I have used Mandy and the Sparklean ladies for over 5 years and they always do a great job. They show up on time, are personable, efficient, thorough, quick and consistent - that is why I continue to use them to clean my house. They listen to my special requests and ask me to review their work when complete. They all speak English and are very trustworthy. I have never had any problems with them.

Mandy and her team are great! She is always quick to respond, flexible with her schedule, and fair in her pricing, which in the business of property management you certainly need! Cleaning has always been detailed and thorough and if I occasionally need her to return they are quick to do so, no questions asked! We've used them for over a year now and are always very satisfied. They've cleaned more than 40 homes for us, including my own, so you can tell we tend to favor them!

Kim and Brittany were assigned to my home last week as a new team to help with the cleaning. I have high expectations for a thorough cleaning and they exceeded them. Standard cleaning was done correctly and in depth. The house has wood floors and carpets. Both were done very competently and professionally. Both ladies used initiative to attend to many details. They were extremely pleasant and friendly. Mandy has high expectations for her employees and assures that they meet her standards to satisfy her clients. I recommend Sparklean and Kim and Brittany very highly.

that they vacuum the corners in the kitchen and nI have been having the service come for about 5 months and the service is terrible. I have to leave notes to specifics every time and things are not done. I ask that every time they vacumn couch and wipe out kitchen microwave and would expect to empty kitchen trash. Today I came home and the couch was not vacuumed, pillows not straightened and cushions askew. The chairs around the table I specifically have to write that they push them back neatly after they clean so as not is disarray. Wrote specifically on note today which is ridiculous that I would have to ask for this specifically and not done. Trash not emptied. Empty cans and fast food containers not tossed. I was told in the past that some people like to save these so they do not throw. Do they pick it up and clean around it and put back ???? Do they take the kitchen chairs and lift up all 4 corners separately and not push back in around table neatly?? Every time I have the sheets changed in master and childs room. Today I left sheets on my daughters bed and they did not make bed with sheets or make bed or vacuum the room. Just left room ignored, this room is to be done every time. I am exasperated that I have to leave notes specifically every time for the basics and it is not done. The goal of a cleaning service is to have things look neat and straightened. It is not. Dot not use this service unless you can be hope to observe every step. I have even taped the word microwave on the microwave to make obvious. I pull the trash out so it is obvious. They are oblivious. Absolutely not worth any savings they are suggesting because it causes so much frustration. Never use unless you can be home to point out the obvious. I'm not sure what the defect is with her people I am unable to communicate or get the basics done consistently each time. I have to write specifically that they vacumn the corner in the kitchen and mop. Still not done unless I write it specifically. I have been having them come twice a week and they cannot get it right. I Give up.

Two cleaning ladies did a very professional and thorough cleaning of my home. The were up on top of the kitchen cabinets, along baseboards, inside light fixtures, everything! Very impressive and well done!! Highly recommend them!

Sparklean has cleaned my personal house and I was pleased with the service. When the problem arose at my 4plex and needed contractors going into the unit the next day and they refused to unless the mess was cleaned up (understandable). I called and spoke with Mandy at Sparklean and explained the situation and she took care of the problem within a couple hours. Everyone knows the saying "quality, time or price, pick two". I have not had a service response like this in a very long time. Sparklean provided all three and they handled it professionally and friendly. Look further for a cleaning service provider if you want to, but I'm not.

We have used Sparklean for housecleaning services over the past year and a half. They have been reliable and have done an excellent job. The girls are friendly, dependable, and pleasant to have around.

The best part of the Sparklean service is Austin! She is a fantastic cleaning person! She is prompt, thorough, always on time, always cheerful and goes over and beyond everytime. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs consistent house cleaning work!

Overall not bad, but could have been better. Paid $225 for 1800 sq ft house and they were there only 3 hours...should have gotten the angles list deal apparently. One toilet not completely cleaned, fridge not completely cleaned (missed below drawers), dishwasher not wiped out and still lots of fingerprints/dirt around doors, Left old sponges and rags in kitchen, didn't vacuum out sofa or furniture. Previously from other companies I've used for a deep clean they would have put away the clean dishes in the dishwasher and washed dirty dishes-this one did not. They did bring in the UPS package and mail, which was nice and did a nice job on the windows and wood floors. Seem trustworthy and were on time, just hoped for a better final product-but maybe I should have clarified my expectations with their services.

The house cleaners Sparklean sent are very polite and professional. They were punctual and communicated well. The owner, Mandy, is very professional, and takes pride in her business. As far as I know, I think they did a good job on the move-out deal....we closed on the house before they completed the job. I am overall a happy customer, and have no major complaints.

Tina and Shannon arrived on time with all supplies and equipment. We did a walk thru and they got started. Not only did they do an excellent job they were very nice. I will be using them again in a few weeks.
