We've been using Sparklean for a few years now and always happy with their service. They are prompt, efficient, courteous and do a great job cleaning our house. Highly recommend!

Mandy and the team at Sparklean are wonderful! We use our home as a short term rental part of the year and use them exclusively. They provide a full turnover services that include the cleaning and washing linings. They always let me know about potential issues with the home and always give plenty of notice when supplies are running low. The cleaners are always on time and do an excellent job.

Mandy was able to squeeze in this relatively large job (~120 yr old 3br house) with just two days notice. That was amazing in itself, but what really took the cake was the outstanding job the cleaners did. They cleaned windows, ceiling fans, blinds, etc., and did a much more thorough job than what I've come to expect from others. Those ladies really took pride in their work, and stuck with it until it was done. They were awesome -- I wish turnovers always went this smoothly!

Mandy’s team has cleaned our personal home for years. They have also been cleaning our vacation rental for the last year. They understand the level of detail needed for a high end vacation rental and always do a great job. They work hard to fit us in for last minute reservations and have even accommodated us on a few weekends. We are extremely pleased with the services and will continue to use them on both homes.

We had a snowstorm the morning of my first appointment. Taylor showed up promptly on time anyway. I walked through the home with her to show what I needed done. She did such a fantastic job on everything and worked diligently the entire time she was here. I've only had one other home cleaning service, but this was the best experience for sure! I was so impressed, I've scheduled them to come back on a regular basis. Everyone I've talked to from the owner to the staff really care about your experience with their services.

We have been using this company for a year and a half and love their work. They are always very helpful and will work with you, availability permitting, if you need to change a day or time. Sam and Lilly are always a treat to talk to as well. Would recommend them every time.

The 2 young ladies arrived promptly on time and worked for 2 hours. They did a great job and included dusting doors and baseboard. I was very pleased with their work and would hire this company again.

Our house has not been deep cleaned in the five years we’ve lived here (Family of four with a dog!) and it definitely had a lot of work to be done! The 2 ladies showed up a little bit later than expected, but work their tails off for a two solid hours! They were not able to clean our master bathroom due to time and we opted not to have them clean our basement as it really wasn’t ready or prepped for cleaning anyways. All in all considering the condition of the house, they accomplished way more than I thought they would in the four hours, two people for two hours, timeframe. Will definitely be looking to start regular services in the future.

When we moved, the team from Sparklean did our move-out cleaning and the house looked fantastic. From the floors and baseboards to the ceiling fans and lights. Everything was dusted, cleaned, and ready for the next tenant. I will hire them again for our next move!

Wow! My wife and I have had many different house cleaning services over the years (we have moved a lot). We are retired now, and realized we needed a little extra help (I am a disabled Veteran). We called Sparklean and asked for a deep cleaning and then monthly cleaning. Two amazing women arrived at 9:00 AM and worked solidly for 6 straight hours. Didn't even stop for lunch. And I mean really hard. Scrubbing, moving furniture, washing down everything. Our master bath actually gleamed when they were done - even the sinks! We can't imagine ever using anyone else. Thank you Sparklean!

There was a cancelation and she was able to get me in right away! They were amazing. It felt so great to come home to a clean house. I will definitely use them again.

Wow!! My deep clean was on par with a good spring cleaning. The townhouse was transformed!! My family is neat but cleaning has never been something I enjoy. Thanks to this wonderful company, my house is CLEAN!! They call to confirm the day prior and are always on time. They easily adjust to schedule changes and best of all...the price is amazing. Mandy has been coming to my home for the past couple of years. She is excellent and I can't say enough wonderful things about her and her girls. My husband always asks when she is coming back because she leaves our home just perfect! It is so nice to have a housekeeper that you can trust and feel comfortable with. She is a perfectionist and everything is done just the way I like. I appreciate the fact that she picks up on the little things that I like and then always makes sure those special things are done. We are moving this summer and I wish I could take her with us! It won't be easy for someone to follow in her path. We have lived all over the world with the military and she is by far the best housekeeper we have ever had!!

We have been using Sparklean for about 6 years, twice a week. The people who come are friendly, polite, professional, and do a fine job, including any small things we request.

Update *4/15/19*: The claims stated in Sparklean's response are bordering on being libelous, defamation of character, and threatening. I have posted the conversation with Sparklean below, where I specified the rooms in my house that I wanted them to clean. I also requested someone to come to my house for an estimate, Sparklean declined and gave me a price of $275.00 by Angie's List message center. I did not misrepresent or try to deceive Sparklean as to the condition of my house or the number of rooms to be cleaned. In the messaging, I mention having a puppy who still has accidents in the house, and there are pee pads down for her, and asked if this would be a problem for Sparklean. They did not object. There were no pet messes in the house when the cleaners arrived, which a family member and the employee who was not in charge can verify. If my house were full of feces and urine, why would they have come in at all, much less walk though my living room all the way to the master bed and bathroom? I would object to walking in feces and urine, and the smell would be nauseating. Sparklean also stated that they would be glad to provide a copy of our message center conversation, which is copied below, and give my private, personal information out to anyone who asked them to see it. This is a blatant threat, seeing how she could give my personal details to potential ID thieves,etc without my permission. I don't think Sparklean realizes the seriousness of their words. Wednesday, May 20, 2015: How much is your bi-monthly cleaning? - Depending on sq ft average is $150 Would you like to schedule a clean?; Thursday, Feb 28, 2019: Do you have problems cleaning up pet messes such as urine? - I apologize we don’t do carpet shampoo service we offer residential house cleaning such as vacuuming,mopping dusting cleaning of kitchens. But we do not do carpet cleaning other than standard vacuuming. - I have no carpets in my house. But I do have a puppy, who has accidents that I don't always find. Sparklean has been cleaning my VRBO for 3 years and has done an amazing job. The house is always clean are the arey very flexible and clean on time every single time. They go the extra mile to make sure the house is ready for the next guests. I highly recommend their service.

Having Sparklean assist with bi-weekly cleaning is the best investment! They are professional and treat my home respectfully. The teams are thorough and I am particular with the bathrooms [×4] and the kitchens [x2].

This service is always cheery, dedicated and helpful. I am never left unhappy. I have had a few instances with them being a bit late, but these instances were few and they were very apologetic for these. I look forward to all of their visits as the pictures show a good example of their work. Imagine this applied to your entire home and you have an excellent example of their efforts.
