Description of Work: I hired Sparklean as a gift for my mother in preparation for my aunt coming for an extended visit. My mother has a lot of rescue animals, so pet hair and stains are always a challenge. I bought an Angie's List special whole-house (1,500 sq ft or less) cleaning. Two ladies showed up, on time, and spent 3 hours cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, and several living areas. Overall, they did a good job, very good in the bathrooms and on the kitchen surfaces. The kitchen floor could have been cleaner--maybe the cleaning agent they used was not strong enough? And they missed some dead flies on some windowsills. But overall, good job.

Description of Work: We closed on a house that wasn't in move in condition. As part of our negotiation, Sparklean was contacted to get the place into shape. I was extremely pleased - the team came out the next day and cleaned our new home from top to bottom. I stopped in mid-way through service and they showed me around and explained what they'd done. They really went above and beyond my expectations to get us into our new place. I was so happy, I've contacted them to do a move-out clean on our current rental. I would recommend Sparklean to anyone needing similar service.

Description of Work: Whole house deep clean, two came to clean and did an absolutely amazing job. Our house was SPARKLEAN! Sorry, couldn't resist the pun. Seriously though, they worked very hard and efficiently. We were very VERY pleased with the end product.

Description of Work: Two women came to clean my house, and did a great job. They were pleasant and happy to do things the way I preferred, including the inside windows. The tasks were done in a timely manner, and I'd definitely have them return.

Description of Work: We have been very happy with the flexibility of scheduling and the services performed. We paid a little more this last time but I'm not sure we had really included the basement cleaning. The persons who do the cleaning work fast and do a good job. Overall we have been very pleased and are also impressed with the customer service, which is a biggie these days.
