Description of Work: We have Sparklean clean our house- 2 stories, 6 bedrooms- once a month and we LOVE them. They do very good work and are so kind and friendly. Description of Work: Comprehensive cleaning of first floor of home plus bathrooms on lower floor. Included dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, changing linens on bed, fan blades, window sills, refrigerator cleaned and contents neatly replaced, oven cleaned, cabinet doors and all wood doors cleaned. Excellent stovetop cleaning. Three person team. Took a little less than 3 hours. Very courteous and professional. Only slight disappointment was responses from office regarding time of service.

+ -1 moreOver all the girls did a great job, and even followed up, and called me to see if I was pleased with there services. They are so nice and I almost forgot to mention, Mandy switched her schedule around that week to get me in, now that is really customer service!!
Description of Work: The girls came out to my house before we moved in, and cleaned the hard wood floors and had them looking nice and shiney. The carpets were vacuumed and bathrooms were cleaned, all cabinets were wiped out, although I noticed when I was putting some things away they had missed a few cabinets.

Description of Work: We needed to get our house cleaned (quickly!!) to get it on the market. We had Sparklean come in for an original cleaning (bathrooms, floors, kitchen, high traffic areas) and they did an amazing job! We asked them to come back for more detailed work (door frames, light switches, appliances, chandelier, vacuum edges of every room, . . .).

+ -1 moreMandy called a couple of times to confirm ETA. They arrived in the middle of a snow storm but on time and went right to work. I appreciated Mandy and team being willing to address my specific requests vs 'telling me" what their standard services were. They adapted to my needs. Maria spent extra time and lots of energy working on old stains on a fiberglass tub. Mandy and Kris tackled the rest...they worked tirelessly, moved furniture to vacuum behind, rolled 'fridge out to clean behind that typical dirt catcher and even helped me with turning my mattress!
Description of Work: Mandy, Kris and Maria provided in depth cleaning of all my carpets, floors, bath, and kitchen at my request.

She and Maria, her partner, were on time and worked very efficiently. They did a thorough job! I would suggest they bring their calendar with them so they can set dates for the next cleaning at that time rather than call and set up a time later-but I understand I am only once per month-and not every week or every two weeks.
Description of Work: They cleaned the upstairs of my house. They did an excellent job. They were very attentive in finding out which areas my husband and I wanted detailed cleaning. I was very impressed with their work.

+ -1 moreIn looking for a new house cleaner, since mine was returning to nursing school, I called Sparklean and another company, which are both listed on Angie's List, to give us an estimate on cleaning our home every other week. When Mandy, Sparklean co-owner, arrived at our house I felt she was professionally dressed, listened to what I expected w/o being pushy, polite, showed me her cleaning supplies, and even wanted to remove a mark from my dishwasher on the first visit. She was able to give us a reasonable estimate and Sparklean was hired to clean our home. Mandy has followed up with phone calls to see how their service is performing and I appreciate that. She has been upfront about an area that they may have skipped because they needed their ladder and has followed through with what needs to be done in our home.
Description of Work: Sparklean cleans our house top to bottom every other week (vacuums, dusts, deep cleans one area each time) w/NO additional cost, baseboards, doors, blinds, & kitchen cabinets), bathrooms, rugs, & tile floors.

+ -1 moreThey showed up with 2 girls on time and were done in 3 hours. They did a great job in the kitchen. They even dusted the fan in my master. Did a great job. Definitely worth the money.
Description of Work: They did a complete clean of my home, one thing i thought was pretty neat they offer a deep clean or regular clean, but they will deep clean one area of your home each time they come out. So if you clean every week they will pretty much deep clean your house once a month.
