Sparklean Cleaning Services

My house wasn't too dirty to begin with, but they did an excellent job throughout the house. All surfaces, floors and carpets were cleaned. They also clean an additional item for you not normally included in the cleaning package. For me, this was all of my blinds. They are such a pain to clean and Sparklean did a wonderful job!

Mandy came to my home and gave me an estimate of cost along with an explanation of the services routinely provided. The 2 women who come to clean work effectively together. Each time they come, they do one extra project such as cleaning baseboards in addition to the routine cleaning. They are fast and thorough...a great combination.

They did a really nice job on my house and I would use them again. They actually undercharged me because they didn’t realize that my house was so big. They were really reasonable.

Mancy and her cleaning crew do a great job. Very easy to deal with, punctual, and she will maintain contact with you. I am a bachelor and they do a nice job of keeping my home clean for me. I think her prices are very reasonable, and I have recommended her to some friends. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

I think that they work very hard, but there are some areas that they also rush. They tend to rush when they are scheduled to clean multiple houses in one day. When rushed, they occasionally scratch my stainless steel stove. Overall, they have a great attitude and work very hard, which I truly value the most.

We have used the girls at Sparklean for about one year now. I have gone though several cleaning services for my home in the past and I'm happy to have finally found a service I'm happy with that I can rely on. The girls are courteous, punctual, hard workers and always do special things I ask around the house with a smile. I would highly recommend Sparklean for your on-going home cleaning needs. And they are VERY AFFORDABLE too!!!!!!!!

They come in with a team of two or three and clean from top to bottom.

My experience was very good. The customer service part was very easy and their follow-up was excellent. They did an excellent job. They came while I was at work so I just left a key.

When I called on the 22nd I explained what I needed to be done. Mandy said they where booked up for the holidays. But would see if she could figure out something for me and would call me back. She called me a few hours later and said that she could not fit me during the day. but she was trying to see if the she could the girls to work in the evening for me. She did manage to convince her girls to help me out.They arrived on time and brought there own supplies. I could not believe how efficient they were one went to the master, one went to kitchen and one went to dusting. They were so organized so well. I thought I was with the armed forces. As a retired veteren I really appreciate the team work and thoughtfullness of Sparklean.. Job Well Done Thank you Steve Mintz

The house was cleaned just fine, but I cannot recommend them.

They were very polite and professional when talking about cleaning my home. We discussed dates, services, areas of importance and was told if I left out the clean linens then they would be swapped out. We left out the sheets and towls however the old sheets were still on the bed and the bed not made (the old sheets and bed weren't even made, simply thrown over as I left it in the morning!), nor were the towls hung in the bathroom. Kitchen stove top did not look like it had been cleaned with obvious stains very present, a red wine spot was still on the tile back splash. The leather furniture had been dusted off for dog hair however paw prints remained. They did a good job cleaning the floorboards and okay job dusting, cleaning tile floors. I called immediately when I arrived home to report what was wrong and was offered a free clean which is nice offer. however it should have been done correctly the first time. I was very disappointed based on other Angie's List reviews!!

I must say, after having been through about 4 different cleaners in the last six months, my wife and I were a little gun-shy about using another service on Angie's list. WHAT AN INCREDIBLE SURPRISE! Mandy and company are easily the most thorough cleaners we've ever hired. She is fairly priced - and it is an understatement to say that she and her partner worked their butts off. There were no lame hourly charges, they stayed until the house was clean... and it looked as good as the day we first moved in...maybe even cleaner! I was so impressed I insisted that my wife tip them an extra 25 bucks. I'm a little torn about writing a review here on Angie's list, because when you find someone like this you want to keep them all to yourself, but I want her (and others) to know just how impressed we were and of course I think she deserves the recognition as being the best cleaning CO in Colorado Springs- PERIOD. Excellent service, prompt, arrived exactly as promised and did an excellent job!

Outstanding!! The day before the appointment, Mandy called to confirm and two of her ladies arrived on time the next day. Our home was larger that Mandy had anticipated so she joined the crew and they ended up spending the whole day (8:30 AM until 6:30 PM) doing a very thorough job and addressing a few special areas for my wife. We could not be happier and have arranged to continue with a regular monthly service ($150/mo for 4500 sf house). The whole team was very friendly to work with and dedicated to doing a good job. My wife has spent the last two days telling all of our friends what a great experience it was and how pleased she is with the results. Mandy and her Sparklean Team are real "keepers" as far as we are concerned.

Overall went very well, had mentioned on the phone that the carpet cleaners were due to be there same day and we had worked out that they'd come a little later, when the crew arrived they didn't seem to know this and were a little irritated, but it all worked out and they did an excellent job, house looked like new when they were through and the price paid was very fair for the results.

Contacted Mandy in regards to cleaning our rental property that was going to become vacant. She was very prompt in getting back in touch with me and setting up a date and gave me an estimate of $200. We did the final walk through on the property and although it was pretty clean thought we would go ahead with Sparklean anyways. I am so glad we did because the property looked awesome after Mandy's team was finished. We will definitely be using her again and referring her to others. As an added bonus got a $20 off coupon from Angie's List so the cleaning only cost $180.

I contacted Mandy at Sparklean after becoming incredibly frustrated with my prior service provider. From the beginning - she listened to all of my concerns and they have been out-performing themselves ever since. Any concern that I have had is resolved promptly and Mandy always follows up after every cleaning to see if there is anything they could have done better. Their prices are incredible (cheaper than my prior service provider). They are punctual, reliable and a bonus - they ALL speak English - which was not the case with the company I dealt with in the past. I would recommend Sparklean to anyone looking for house cleaning providers!

Our experience couldn't be better! I live in Washington D.C. and needed a reliable person/company to provide service for my parents' home in North Colorado Springs. Since I don't live in the area, I needed to be confident the people would do a good job and take care of them as if I were doing it myself. (I have siblings who checked for me, initially, but have since said they know Sparklean is legitimate.) I contacted 2 or 3 housecleaning companies on Angie's List and heard back from Mandy (the owner) right away. They performed the first "deep cleaning" service on my parents' 1950's rancher, which HAD to have been an unbelievable process considering they live on a dirt road (TONS of DUST!); they also have two big, wooly dogs and 2 very furry cats. I think my parents said they were there for 5 or 6 hours the first time, and then went back to finish the "deep cleaning" the following week. They have now been going to my parents for the past couple of months, on a bi-weekly basis, and my parents LOVE them. Mandy spent FAR more time on the initial deep clean(s) than expected but charged me only what she initially quoted. They are prompt and work very conscientiously, respecting my parents' requests to avoid specific areas (if there are rooms they may not want addressed, for example or to leave "expired" food in the refigerator!). It's hard to imagine you could trust someone so much that you would allow them into your parents' home without having ever met them but Mandy and her girls proved they're worth it!

The team of 3 ladies arrived on time. The vacuumed, dusted, scoured the bathrooms, cleaned the hardwood floors, and did a complete clean of the kitchen. The cleaned all 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The entire job took them about 3 hours. The house looked as clean as when we moved in, maybe better. They did a great job and were very friendly and professional.

The team of three ladies were great. They were professional and respectful to the house and to me and my wife. When they were finished they asked my wife to do a walk through. As my wife noted a few discrepancies, the team of ladies were very polite and corrected/cleaned what was needed to be done. I would use this company again for big jobs or routine cleaning.

They did a very thorough job. There was only one minor discrepancy where they knocked a towel rack down but they owned up to it right away and it was no problem. We asked for some insurance information and they gave it to use right away.

They are very, very, very good. They come every two weeks. Their price is size specific. They are the best we've ever had. The price is very fair. They get back to us very quickly and they come when they say they will. We will use them as long as we are in this house or they are in business.

They are excellent and do a great job. They are very good communicators and do exactly what I ask them to do. They leave my house clean which is the goal.

Would highly recommend them to others and have no worries when they are here that the job will get done correctly and completely.
