The house is very clean after they finish. The team is very professional.

Her name was Mandy. It was a Big Deal that I purchased for 50 percent off. I am going to use them again shortly. They were great. They were very thorough, very friendly and very careful.

They showed up right on time and got to work. Everything was cleaned exactly as I wanted. They were very professional.When they were done, I had a walk through and was told and shown everything they had done and waited for my approval. I have scheduled Mandy to come back once a month for cleaning the kitchen living room and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are so clean I can keep up with them myself.I will recommend her and her crew to all my friends. They are terrific, and I received much more than I expected for the price.

We have been using Mandy Jordan's Sparklean company for approximately 2 years now, and we are both very happy with the results. Mandy is responsive when we have any questions, and when we first contacted her to give us an estimate, she showed up on time and was very pleasant to deal with. Recently, the regular team that cleans our house moved out of state. Mandy let us know in advance of the change and the names of the new team who would be doing the job from now on. Mandy also came and cleaned our house with the new team to ensure that they knew how we liked things done. We are very happy with Mandy and the Sparklean team. We recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good housekeeping service at a very reasonable price.

Definitely surprised at what they were able to accomplish. A lengthy story isn't necessary. For me, their work was superior by any standards. I will most definitely use SPARKLEAN again. We would hire again and again. Some confusion however in this reveiw is tagged "Sparkle Clean", and the company we hired was "Sparklean". Whatever U call her cleaning company, call Mandy, owner, to receive top-shelf service with a laugh and one clean smile.

Great, EXCEPT I forgot to request a smoke-free cleaner. I now can only smell the trace of smoke all over the house.

I had a positive experience with the company from start to finish. They are friendly and pay attention to the details. Also, they really cared about the quality, not just getting in and out. I have used several other cleaning companies and have been disappointed. Sparklean charges a good price for a GREAT service. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

It went great and I will continue to use them. They are like I said receptive to all my needs as to how I want my house cleaned.

I've been extremely happy with Sparklean! After using 3 other cleaning services in town, I finally decided to try Sparklean as the other companies were difficult in dealing with schedules and lacked the attention to detail Sparklean has. Mandy has worked with my schedule and schedule changes. Her employees are always pleasant and professional. I've recommended her company to my co-workers because I am so satisfied with the services.

They arrived on time, started working right away and kept working till all was done. Took around 2 1/2 to 3 hours Overall the experience was excellent

When they first came they did a deep clean so they had to move furniture. While they were moving the furniture they pushed furniture into the walls and damaged the drywall and the furniture. She scratched the tops of my Ethan Allen tables and ruined my hardwood floors with too much product. Even though Sparklean owner, Mandy, accepted the blame and paid for the drywall damage, she denied accepting furniture and floor damages caused by her employees. On two separate occasions, I learned that Mandy sent her mother-in-law and another untrained individual to clean. Both of them were not properly trained or were under company supervision during their ?introductory period?. In addition, I had a scheduled appointment for Sparklean to clean my house but they never arrived. I didn?t receive a phone call to cancel such appointment nor did I receive a phone call explaining their absence afterwards. When I called Mandy, she never gave me a good reason other than she forgot and I never received any compensation for the missed appointment.

When I cancelled, the owner was surprised stating she was not aware there had been a problem. However, she never called me to see how any of the work had been performed. As a new customer I would have thought she would call and check to see if the service was what I had requested/needed. I don't mind paying the money to have my house cleaned - however - $120.00 every two weeks is too much. I also didn't appreciate the gossip from the second team, very unprofessional. I found someone else on Angie's List that is half the price and better.

Best housecleaning company I have ever worked with..professional, pleasant, thorough, reasonable. I'll be a customer for life!

Mandy and her entire crew are wonderful! They are very professional, thorough, respectful and careful with regards to our home and our possessions. They are always on time, and most important they are always cheerful and happy and go out of their way to please you and to make our house shine. I feel very blessed to have them come once a month, and so does my Husband so he doesn't have to do the vacuuming or cleaning which takes away from playing golf. Thanks gals!!

Overall, I think this is money well spent if you are too busy to clean your own home. It took me years to make room for it in the budget because it is something I can do myself. However, in our busy lives I would much rather spent relaxing family time together than clean.

Overall, I'm very, very pleased with their work.

Overall the girls did a really good job - kept up a steady pace - stopped only for a lunch break. Ask questions regarding how I wanted work performed - took pride in what they were doing -

I'm so pleased!! You can't imagine how happy my husband was to finally hear me say that! We've been through several other companies and I've been unhappy with some or all aspects of those that cleaned our home before. I was at work today while the crew came to clean, but I'm told that they arrived on time and were liked by my husband, father and all of our pets. The house smelled clean the minute I walked in tonight. The floors are well done (a tall order with 16 paws running around), they got in every corner, including under the area rugs. The bathrooms sparkle, everything is dusted and the beds are nicely made. Again, I'm so pleased! Mostly A's with just one B because an email was never returned. However, she was great by phone and called back right away. We will definitely use Sparklean again, in fact, may call as soon as tomorrow to get on a regular schedule!

I took advantage of Sparklean's "The Big Deal," which was $60 for deep cleaning all of the bathrooms and the kitchen. My bathrooms and kitchen weren't horrible, but did need some sprucing up. Mandy, the owner, was very courteous and friendly when I called to arrange a day for them to come out. Tim and Janice arrived from Sparklean on time and ready to work. They really scoured my bathrooms and kitchen; I've never seen those rooms as shiny as they turned out! Janice was able to remove a deeply set stain in my sink that I haven't been able to get out, and Tim has made my cabinets glisten. They did a wonderful job cleaning the rest of the condo and were done in 3 hours for 1100 sq ft of space. They did such a great job that I have set up a monthly cleaning service with Sparklean to continue to clean my condo. Highly recommended!

I was getting ready to move out and wanted the house clean for my new tenant. I saw a special on Angie's List for a deep clean of kitchen and bath rooms and took advantage of the service. When the service was performed a bulb was broken in the refrigerator and not replaced by the housecleaning service. The service people knew I was out of town and could not replace it and I believe they should have replaced it especially since they broke it.

I think that they work very hard. The owner makes sure to communicate if we are happy or not. Very kind to our dog and do not mind her being around. Overall, they have a great attitude and work very hard, which I truly value the most.

Good experience. Price was fair. Will use them again.
