Sparklean Cleaning Services

They did a good job, but I noticed a drop in the overall cleanliness and attention to detail as time went on.

They were good. They dusted, vacuumed, clean the bathrooms, and floors.

The cleaning went very well. Both cleaning teams were punctual, polite, and very thorough. Our move-in clean was up in Woodland Park, a location they actually don't serve, but the owner nevertheless was happy to help us out. It's too bad that Sparklean doesn't come out to Woodland Park regularly because I'd absolutely love to use them for maintenance housecleaning.

They showed up on time, in fact they were a few minutes early :) The 2 ladies were very nice. We walked through the house and I explained what the highest priorities were. 2000 Sq/ft house so it took them about 4 hours I believe. Overall they did a pretty good job. We did however pay extra for the window sills to be cleaned out. They were clean for the most part, but didn't get the dirt in the corners. I expected a more through job for the extra $50 they charged and they completely missed the top of the windows. They did not wipe down any walls. They said they are not allowed to because they did not want to mess up the paint. I had to come back and do that myself. I was able to clean them off with nothing but water and a cleaning rag, so I'm not sure what the problem was and what the aversion to walls is about. Bathrooms were cleaned well and they did a nice job in the laundry room and kitchen. They said they would wipe out the empty hot tub in the sun room, but it doesn't look like they touched it. Also, I never received any followup at all with Mandy regarding the job. Might have been nice to hear from her. Overall ok. I would probably use them again, but I think I would insist on a little more attention to detail. This was a rental, so good enough.

We've used Sparklean Inc. several times and they're always just great. They're very reliable and very punctual. They do a great job.

They arrived on time about 8:30 AM and we discussed specifics of my priories and they got to work. About mid morning the company owner, Mandy, arrived to see how things were going and to inquire about any concerns I might have. Everyone was friendly, upbeat, and very good to work with. The work was completed at the planned time of about 1:30 PM and I was invited to inspect the work for anything they might have missed. I have used Sparklean in the past and always found them to do a great job. Highly recommended.

Two employees showed up almost on time, just a couple of minutes late. The girls were nice and did a good job. They went over and above in a couple of places and a couple of places I noticed I would have liked done better. (This would be easy to fix, not a negative.) I'm trying out multiple housecleaning services from Angies List to find the best fit and Sparklean made my final list.

The overall experience was wonderful. I provide my key for them to do my house and when I get home.... it looks absolutely beautiful. I love Sparklean...... great company!

It was a thoroughly pleasant experience to work with Mandy Jordan, owner of Sparklean. At all times, she conducted herself professionally and courteously. It is easy to see why customers stick with Sparklean I know the Tri-Lakes Center for the Arts will continue to retain their services. I highly recommend Mandy Jordan and Sparklean.

They did everything you could imagine , like I said above I was so impressed with the quality and professionalism of their work. In addition, the staff were so pleasant to talk to and work with...hire this company if you really want a quality job done right.

Overall it was okay. This was the second time I used this service. The first time several months ago was excellent, however this time the employees were not up to the standard of the first time employees. Because they were on a tight schedule, owner sent two other employees to help them finish, however the girls said they were finished and all four left. I called the owner of the cleaning service and explained what had happened and that the first two girls had not done the job in the" deep clean" area satisfactory. The owner and I arranged for a time for two other employees to come out and complete the job. The job was finished in a reasonable time and done to my satisfaction. The owner has given me a 20$ coupon to use on the next cleaning I would schedule - which is okay, but I would have rather had the refund in a check or cash. I would use the service again with two other persons and not the original two that didn't do quality work. The second two employees would do an excellent job.

They were great! On time, efficient, friendly, professional.... We will have them back on a continuing basis. Thanx!!

I would definitely have these ladies return to my home to clean. They were reasonably priced and thorough. They cleaned over and above what I expected. They arrived on time and were professional. The ladies were efficient and were aware of nooks and crannies in my kitchen and bathrooms that had not been regularly attended to. My appliences were clean and shining, the oak cabinets were cleaned and polished and the ladies gave me hints as to how to take care of them in the future. I would definitely have these ladies return to my home.

We have been using Sparklean for about a year and half for our bi-weekly housekeeping. Obviously, we are pleased with the service! The cleanings are thorough and we are grateful to have the same friendly team each week (with only a couple exceptions for illness or vacation). Lena and Cindy are familar with our home/expectations and we trust them in our home with our belongings (and pets) when we are away. The first deep clean we received was amazing and the 3 ladies sent for this service were here for several hours. Their exemplary work prompted us to keep the house up with bi-weekly cleanings. The first one or two cleanings were good, but there were a few very minor things that I needed to make the house feel "complete". Mandy and Lena and Cindy were happy to accomodate and made it a point to follow up with me after the next few cleanings to make sure my expectations were met. I felt that Mandy was very interested in my satisfaction, so I have to assume any negative review is the result of that customer's failure to articulate the things they liked and didn't like (to let Sparklean try again). Because we have been working with them for over a year now, the need to communicate is less, but mostly because the girls just show up when they are scheduled and take great care of our home. I have also given the "gift" of Sparklean services to two friends through gift certificates and both friends were delighted with the gesture and the end product.

I had to point out what needed to be cleaned more than twice. It did not meet my expectations and I would not call it again

I'll have to say that when Mandy called I knew I was dealing with someone that was different. I didn't fell pressured, no hard sales; she listened to what my needs were and carefully thought of the right pair of her girls to get the job done. When Tammy & Tiffany showed up, they quickly re-confirmed what my needs were and proceeded to go to work. These girls were awesome, quiet, fast and thorough. Simply impressive!

The ladies arrived late - excusable, as one of their sons had gotten ill and they had to take care of him before arriving. However, they did not call me to let me know they would be late - I had to call the owner to ask if they had gotten lost (our house can be a little difficult to locate). They were very pleasant and personable. They did clean all areas as described in the information in their ad and by the owner, and mopped my hardware floors (twice!). However, they were not as thorough as other services I have had in getting things really sparkling. I would say that their work was adequate, but given the relatively clean original state of our house (there are only two of us, and we are retired), it didn't really blow my socks off. I was more impressed by the owner, who called to double-check everything in advance of the visit.

They did not show up as scheduled. I had to call them. When they finally did come the work was not what I had been lead to believe. The "deep cleaning" was less than I do on my own. I was not happy about the scheduling and not impressed with the cleaning.

They sprayed stuff all over the wallpaper that didn’t clean it. I took a photo and sent it to the owner of the company. I took some clean water and lightly brushed the wallpaper and it came off. She called back apologetic and offered to send someone to do it over. I was done with it at that point in time and didn’t take her up on the offer. I give a D to the workers and an A to the owner.

Our experience was awesome and we highly recommend Sparklean to anyone looking for a cleaning service!
