Ladies worked hard cleaning in teams. Lots of happy talk, but with great results.

They showed up and did the job. I had no problems when it came to scheduling. I never received any follow up from them about signing up for regular service. Perhaps they were overwhelmed by the response of the deal and the Waldo canyon fire. I felt they lacked professionalism in that there was no follow up.

I'm frustrated! It took 3 wk.s to get the appointment. They seemed to not be thorough enough for me and rushed through the house. Last time they were here (3 years ago) they spent all day which seemed more reasonable. I did a walk through with them after they first arrived and pointed out various issues that needed special attention. Every now and then I would pop in and inspect what they were doing and how things looked. When they told me they had less than 45 min. to go I started going through each room with a piece of paper and checking things-making a list like the top of shelves, picture frames, vacuuming under the bed, etc. I found several things un-done like tops of picture frames, under the bed was a mess and they told me their vacuum couldn't get under there. My bed is 1 ft. off the floor and their $49 vacuum (they told me the price) doesn't have a button to lay flat to go under the bed. Other areas they missed were shelves in my daughters room and office-they didn't move anything like pillows on the floor or small chairs when vacuuming. As I showed them the problems they worked to correct them. Their response was "I don't know how I missed that" or I don't touch medical equipment (All they had to do was pick up the chords to vacuum around them) or I don't touch porcelain dolls (mine was in a case, and they didn't clean the glass case at all) they could have asked my comfort level with these things instead of ignoring them. After they left, I walked around the house again and found more items they said they had cleaned but didn't. At first I was fine with a shelf here and a corner there but when they had told me they had gotten under the couch throughly and I got down on my knees to inspect- that was it for me. I feel like they lied to me. I was willing to move the couch for them but they told me "no, we moved it and it's clean. They "missed" corners of several rooms also. I tried calling Mandy on Dec. 31st but her box was full so I called again Jan.2nd. After sharing what happened in detail she said "they must have had an off-day" the ladies will come again this afternoon to fix what was missed. It makes me feel uncomfortable to have them back but will do it. I read over and over again "they must have had an "off day" but when you are paying $250 you better stop having so many "off days." I'm looking for another cleaner for the future. I give them a "6" at this point. Mandy did say that if I did a more regular cleaning she would drop the price for the first cleaning by $20-30 depending on how often I have them clean. If you are fine with a general cleaning they are probably a fair company but if you want a really deep clean and through, then I'd look elsewhere or be supper detailed yourself, have friends and all the extra "eyes" over to help you locate "missed" areas before the crew even leaves your home. The other option is to take your time and sit in each room as they clean making sure they are cleaning everything with your own check list.

They have cleaned my house every other week for the past year. The ladies sent by Mandy have changed several times. They do an okay job, especially once I work with them and specify what exactly I want done, and are always as sweet as could be, and very honest. Mandy is not good at communicating about time, and I frequently find her team shows up either hours early, or hours late, with no notice. Last week Mandy sent a different team without notifying me, which I didn't like. Her prices are competitive, and I like that her employees are friendly and willing to do almost anything I ask. I wish they were better trained in the basics, but I've gotten pretty good at training them myself, so it works. | |

Laurel and Austin arrived on time. They had all the supplies needed. As they cleaned, they were fairly quite with the radio on very low. Once in a while they politely asked me a question. They were very easy to be around. Laurel had to leave for a doctor's appointment but they explained that Austin would continue and stay until everything was done. Austin did that. The house looks so clean. Also there is not a chemical smell left. I will be using them again on a monthly basis and do highly recommend them.

They did a good job, missed a few spots but overall ok :)

Staff was prompt and very friendly. Not only was the job they did very thorough but I was asked several times to walk through completed areas. They wanted to make sure I was very happy with the job. And I was. When it comes time for our move-out clean, I will be calling them.

excellent job. the people (laurel and austin) were prompt, professional, and did a great job. My house was spotless when they were done. they even cleaned the dirty little finger prints off of my kitchen chair (I have four kids, need I say more). They really exceeded my expectaions and did everything I asked with a smile. I appreciate this service so much and have signed up for them to come regualarly. I can't say enough about the value this company gives for the work they do. I have used this company for several months and their employees are honest, dependable, and do a great job.

Mandy did a fantastic job cleaning up a very dirty apartment. Additionally, she was able to do it the same day I called for an appointment. She quoted a charge up front and stuck it even though the job took about 2 hours longer than anticipated. She not only thoroughly cleaned the obvious places, she went the extra mile to clean within crevices and hard to reach areas. Finally, she was professional, courteous, and punctual. Highly recommended.

Two young ladies did a deep cleaning at my dad's house. They arrived promptly and got right to work. We missed connections at the end of their day. I thought they would have been there longer and wasn't available to meet up with them and do a walk-through to have them point out what they cleaned. What I saw looked great. Maybe they could leave a checklist to show what they accomplished. A minor point, but important I think, their professionalism would be ranked higher if they dressed a little more modestly, maybe a company t-shirt instead of tank tops, and longer shorts. But they were personable and friendly.

Cleaning went well! Mandy and Tiffany did a great job and really got the place clean, something that's not easy right after a construction job is completed (or in this case just finishing up). Overall very pleased and would use again.

Very impressed with everything they did. Home was very clean and they are very trustworthy. I am a very picky person and the only thing they missed were light switches...with children, those tend to get dirty easy. But this is a minor thing, everything else was SPOTLESS!

They did a move out for me on a 3800 sq ft home. They moved quickly, did a great job and were done in much less time that I would have thought. I was delighted with their service, and professionalism. I have rehired them to do my move-in.

Two ladies showed up at the agreed upon time and date. They were very friendly and did a quick walk through with me to get instructions. I provided the vacuum, they provided everything else. They got here at 9 AM and when we got back at 1 PM they were gone. They really did a great job. I'm very clean (just couldn't keep up anymore with 2 babies), and I was pretty impressed with the job they did. My 5 piece master bath is hard to clean & they were very thorough. they also did things that were unexpected, like clean out the microwave. I am now using them bimonthly.

She and her team were great. She is very reasonably priced for the work she does. She and her team are incredibly thorough and trustworthy to a fault. I left them to work on their own and I returned and it was perfect. Professional, trustworthy, and you get far more than you pay for.

Mandy and her teams have been an absolute joy and relief to find. They have been been beyond professional - they really went the extra mile to listen to our top priorities, make suggestions, and do a huge amount of work for a reasonable price in a short amount of time. We could not be happier, and are so relieved to finally come home to a clean home and maintain it as best as we can between visits. Sparklean has even inspired us to spend our new free time on decluttering and home improvement projects!

The house was badly in need of a thorough cleaning. Sparklean charged by the square footage and approximated 4 hours to complete the work. It took 5 hours, but there was no additional charge. The cleaners did a fantastic job! The realtor who came by as they were finishing up was totally impressed, said he'd never seen such a great job done and wanted to meet Mandy. He described the 'gleaming hardwood floors' in his summary and the pictures he took show what a great job they did.

I hired Sparklean to clean my 5000 square foot home. First off, the girls showed up at my house two hours earlier than scheduled, which was inconvenient. The clean took about 3.5 hours, and overall, the cleaning job was okay. BUT, after the girls left I noticed dirty footprints in the master bathtub. One of the girls cleaning the house walked around barefoot and actually left the dirty footprints in the tub! I attempted to call the owner to tell her but her voice mail box was full. I sent her an email and then she called me back. After all of this I was really put off and decided to cancel the future biweekly cleanings I had agreed to. Then the owner said she guessed I just wanted the first "really cheap" cleaning. That was very unprofessional, and frankly, I was insulted. Anyway, I was disappointed in the professionalism of this company and would not recommend it.

I had a great experience. There were different girls, but there were alot of repeat girl that I got to know. They were very friendly, quick, and did a great job.

Very responsive, punctual and professional. The work was good but not quite to my expectations. ( I was surprised that no one called to ask how I like the service.) Although I would not use the company again due to a minor lack of attention to detail, if you aren't a perfectionist you would probably be happy.
