Wow, I could not be happier right now. My condo looks and smells amazing. They even cleaned stuff I would have never thought about. They were on time and ready to work. Very friendly and just down right awesome. If I weren't moving I would try to get them to do a monthly or weekly cleaning because they far outreach my capabilities. Keep up the good work and I will be referring them in the future.

At first my house looked really good, but it was picked up before they even came. I found later that they had used the wrong floor cleaner for my wood floors and they were sticky, so looked bad again right away. They were supposed to dust, but did not except the obvious places, and missed part of the floor in my bedroom. I thought they were really doing the job fast since there were only two and did a 3000 square foot house in 2 1/2 hours. I would not use Sparkclean again.

Appointment was at 0900. I called business at 0910 to ask where they were. I received the response "I have a girl on her way, she had issues with the GPS (understandable) and she had to stop at Walmart to get a new mop head (unacceptable!). I received a call from the cleaning lady at 0945!!!! And she was at the wrong address! She went to my billing address not new address. Cleaning lady arrived at 1020!! I was told I had a "standard" cleaning and since my house was empty I wouldn't get the "actual cleaning". The lady did try to make up for lost time and cleaned things that "weren't in the standard cleaning" package. I wish I was told what that actually was. Cleaning lady was there for 3 hours and cleaned the Kitchen/3 Full Baths/Moped Floors/Door Handles. I will probably not use this business again due to unprofessionalism and not being punctual.

Wow! Just got home from work and I am so happy with the service done today! My husband was home at the time Sparklean arrived. He said they were punctual, efficient, professional, and had great communication skills. I wasn't sure what to expect but I am really blown away at how much was accomplished today. I wasn't really sure what to ask for beforehand and had decided to just let go and see what came about. I am delighted. This was really a great experience for us and I would like to say thank you to the Sparklean team. Just awesome. We will be calling again!

They were able to come on short notice, and speedily did a great job.

They did a great job!! They cleaned light fixtures, ceiling fans, window sills---it was quite a job and they did an amazing job! We already hired Sparklean back for another job! They are very trustworthy and will work with your specific situation and needs.

I was contacted by Mandy to see about setting up a date and time for her company to come and clean my house. She was very professional on the phone and attentive to what I needed done. She came to our house on 14 Jul 14 for the first cleaning and when I got home from work, the house looked and smelled wonderful. Her company did an outstanding job. Definitely happy I contacted her!

The service was great! Our house, particularly the bedroom, had not been deep cleaned in quite a while. They were very methodical and cleaned everything really well in the bedroom as well as the rest of the house. Will definitely use them again!

We've used several cleaning services in the past, but SPARKLEAN is by far, the best cleaning service that we've ever used. They were enthusiastic, knowledgeable and did an amazing job of cleaning. What sets them apart from other cleaning services was their attention to detail -- cleaning areas and items that most services overlook or that you have to specifically ask to be cleaned. We were very pleased with the results and not only do we highly recommend SPARKLEAN, but we will continue to use SPARKLEAN on a regular basis.

Mandy and crew are cleaning experts! I was able to call and make arrangements for a 3,000 sq ft house deep clean that same week! They arrived at 9:30 am and stayed until 3 pm. The crew paid attention to details like light fixtures (in and out), random vases, heating vents and marks on doors. This really made the house sparkle! Not only that, I felt totally comfortable with them in my house. I don't think I have ever given someone a hug after cleaning my house. Wow, talk about an amazing company and people that work for it. I contacted Mandy with Sparklean because of the great reviews that I saw on Angie's List.....and am grateful every day that I did. My husband is currently deployed, and when I started working full time, I knew I wouldn't be able too keep up with everything for myself, 4 kids and two pets. I have never had a cleaning service before, and wasn't sure exactly what to expect. I looked at all of the reviews on Angie's list and decided to try out Mandy's company based on the great ratings. It was a great decision! Mandy has been wonderful to work with. I had to reschedule our initial cleaning because of sick kids, and she met me at a later date to get a key. Her cleaning crew is fantastic. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to come home from work and have the house not only picked up and super clean, but also smelling wonderful! You can tell that they take pride in their work and they are absolutely worth every penny and more. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Angie's List for helping me find them!

They were on time. They brought 3people and spent 3hrs cleaning my home from top to bottom. Very thorough.

Cleaning project went very well. Two cleaners arrived on time and worked hard throughout the entire 4-hour period. I appreciated how flexible they were as they had to work around some remodel workers. The cleaning crew had excellent attitudes. They worked very efficiently and thoroughly.

Mandy went above and beyond for us in a tight situation. We were moving out of a house and into a new one as we went from renting to owning, and part of our responsibilities upon move out were hiring cleaners to make the house look like it did when we moved in. The house looked *better* after Mandy and her crew cleaned it! The job was huge and took Mandy three days, she pulled in extra workers and got everything done exactly on schedule. The price, for the work, was more than fair. I plan on using them in our new home for bi-weekly or monthly cleaning once we get all these boxes unpacked! THANK YOU AGAIN MANDY & CREW!

Mandy and her crew are not only friendly and polite, but are results-oriented. They really go above and beyond to make sure that your home is extremely clean and that it is done to your satisfaction. They asked me to check and approve of all areas before they were finished. The thorough quality of their work was impressive. They were very careful with everything in my home. I also felt very secure with them in my home. I would trust their work to any one. I will definitely. use them in the future. They raised the bar to the highest level possible as far as house-cleaning and excellent service goes. This has been the best value I have found on Angie's List. They were very professional, timely, friendly, and fast. I enjoy there friendly attitude and the fact they wanted to start upstairs ( my husband works nights) I hate to say that I went around and inspected their work ( I have OTC) and they did a FANTASTIC job. I would definatly use them again for general cleaning.

They have been great. Update August 2014: Unfortunately we could not keep a schedule and the differing teams made the work unpredictable. When we got a good team it was super. It was too much work to keep this service for us. They wanted very much to make it right to be fair to them but we are so busy with everyone in the household with either multiple jobs or a job and full time school we needed a "no brainer" experience at least most of the time. Just never quite arrived at that level.

Several people showed up at the appointed time. They were all very nice, and they worked fast. They were there as long as was estimated that they'd be there. But, unfortunately, after they left, I found many things that were not done or done poorly. I had to go back over what I paid them to do myself. Very disappointing. It may have been caused by the inconsistency of having so many people in the house coming and going. One person might have thought that another person did the work. However, a check by the team leader would have found the missed items. They did ask me if I was satisfied. At that time I was as superficially it looked good. I would hire them again, I would just be more thorough with my inspection.

They do an awesome job. Mandy, the company owner, is easy to work with and very accommodating when unexpected circumstances arise. The folks who come to my home are conscientious, helpful and a real pleasure to have in my home. I would recommend this vendor to anyone in need of housekeeping services.

I've been using Sparklean for several months now and am happy with the girls who have been coming to clean. The price is very competitive to what I was paying in the past. What I like the most is if I'm ever unhappy with the job they did cleaning, say if they missed something, Mandy is sure to have them return to fix what they missed. Unfortunately, this happens with cleaning services, where they miss something that is very noticeable to you, but Mandy make sure the job is done right every time! I love that about Sparklean and will continue using them for as long as they will have me as a customer!
