We had a solution and order made for the part the day we called Aspen Repair. The part was late coming in but Aspen Repair was in contact with us as to when they would be out, both with phone calls and emails. The repairman that came to the house was pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained to me what he would be doing for the repair. He cleaned up after himself and told us to call if we had any problems after he left.

Analysis was correct. A recommendation was made on whether to repair or replace my microwave. I could tell that experience with intermittent problems came to the surface in analyzing the problem. I elected to replace the microwave and followed his brand recommendation. I would use Aspen Appliance Repair again in future repairs.

They came out and figured out the problem. They said they would check on the price for the part and call me back. They did not call me back but went ahead and ordered the part. When I called to check they said the cost for the part was so small they assumed I would want to proceed (part cost $43). They came out to install it. However, the part was defective. The reordered the part and came back out and installed the new part. It worked fine. It was over three weeks from the time they first came out to the time it was fixed....but that was really beyond their control.

The service provider was easy to contact and we made an appointment for the following week. He asked questions which allowed him to come prepared to make the repair without having to make a second visit. He arrived on time and called first to confirm his arrival time. He replaced the ice maker and then de-iced the drain system. He also put in a heater kit to keep the drain system from freezing up again. The work was complete within about an hour. He left the work area cleaned and was very professional answering all my questions and explaining why the problem had occurred. I highly recommend Aspen Appliance Repair and will definitely call them again.

He evaluated the issue, gave me a good estimate and date for the arrival of the parts. When the time cam he showed up on time and completed the repair which turned out to be more complex due to a change in the manufacturers part. In addition he fixed a few other small problems with the unit and did not charge me any extra for the additional work.

Kevitt Kreger, the owner of Aspen Appliance Repair, returned my call the day after I purchased my Big Deal certificate and left him a message. He asked several questions that enabled him to determine what was probably causing the problem. The price he quoted me for the suspect part was surprisingly reasonable. We set up an appointment for early the following week to give him time to order the part. Kevitt missed our appointment window due to construction on the highway, but at least he called to say that he would be about 20 minutes late. When he arrived, he went right to work doing hands-on troubleshooting. He confirmed that the suspect part was the source of our problems, and had it swapped out in a matter of minutes. (When I mentioned an issue we had with our washer, he checked that out too at no cost.) The dryer has been working great ever since. Wish I had called Aspen Appliance Repair years ago!

It's great. They did a good service. They were very knowledgeable and actually very quick in coming out too. That was another plus. They did a very good job. I sort of knew what was wrong but they went ahead and checked the parts up and they came out and I think it was a half an hour and the washing machine was back in action. They ran through a complete check of the machine to make sure all the cycles were working, the water was filling properly and things like.

Responsive and quick. We have used Kevitt, owner of Aspen Appliance Rapair numerous times over the past ten years. He is very knowledgeable of all brands, quickly diagnoses the problem, quickly orders necessary parts and finished the work.. His prices are competitive. I cannot recommend him highly enough, I totally trust him and his work.

As has been our previous experience with Aspen, Kevitt and team did an excellent job. When an appliance breaks down it is never convenient and always a disruption. Kevitt work with us on finding a spot in his schedule despite they were nearly 100% full at that time. They arrived on time, completed their pre-work assessment which confirmed the repair, told us that it would cost precisely what their estimate had been prior to arriving, and went to work. Within a short period of time they were off to their next appointment and the laundry was back in service. Highly recommend this service company.

The stove install turned out to be not just a slide-in, connect, and forget it thing. First, the range had to be uncrated and all of the nozzles had to be converted from natural gas to propane. This was not as easy as it sounds. Throughout the whole thing, Kevitt was good humored, and didn't even appear to mind my hovering all over him as he was trying to work! The new range was eventually brought into the kitchen and hooked up. When pushed into the cutout in the granite counter top, however, it would not slide completely back into the opening because of the position of the gas delivery pipe and valve. Kevitt is not a licensed plumber, so he was unable to work with re-routing the gas pipe (See my review for Affordable Plumbing and Heating), but he did spend extra time leveling the stove, adjusting burner levels throughout, and visiting with my wife regarding cleaning and maintenance. Not having to worry about what to do with the old range and it's packing materials was a real plus! Kevitt took care of it. About two weeks later he returned to rebuild the ice maker. The appointment was originally scheduled for the AM, but not one but two emergency calls got in the way. We're retired, and as the repair wasn't life threatening, the delay wasn't a problem. During the process of getting out here, Kevitt kept in communication to let us know where he was in his day and where we stood in it. I offered to put it off until tomorrow, and he said that because the parts were late in arriving in the first place and he had promised us today, if we didn't mind waiting, the work would be done today. I appreciated that. The ice maker was eventually repaired and now functions perfectly. As was said before, we live a bit out in the country, and it's not always easy to find professional repair services willing to make the trip. Kevitt is a valuable asset for us, and we'll certainly use his services again.

Renters said he was on time and very thorough. He called me to indicate what the problem seemed to be and the cost and got permission to go forward. He repaired only what needed to be done and I felt his charges were fair and represented the parts and time he spent to do the work. He checked the dryer and assessed that it probably did not need any repair; it was just noisy from not being used for a while. So he was honest, efficient and reliable. I put him on my permanent list for all future repairs for our rental and our own home.

Our washing machine developed a leak. We called Aspen. They responded promptly, diagnosised the problem, ordered the part, and repaired the machine. The work was done when he said it would be. Very pleasant and professional.

My experience with him was great. I have used him for years and I think that he knows his stuff and he does not overcharge. He does not charge for return visits and he really makes the effort to get to get the appliance repaired in the least expensive way and there are things he does not charge for, so he is a great guy. I think all he charged me for was a service call and I think that was $45. He is really a great guy.

He is a local provider. He is just a nice guy and knows what he is doing. He shows up when he says he will.

He had to come out multiple times to fix the problem.

They did just fine. They were very prompt in coming out. They did very nice work. I would recommend them.

I am acquainted with the owner, so he was the first one I called. He was able to order the part and have it in within 24 hours. The part itself was expensive. I was impressed that they put the new one in on a Saturday.

Brilliant company to do business with. They saved me money on anther repair I was able to do my self.

All in all, very happy with the speed and professional manor in which he conducts business. Will use them again.
