Outstanding! The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. She was able to complete the repair quickly and at a price less than we expected. Aspen is definitely more concerned with doing a good job and treating their customers well vice squeezing out an extra dollar. Definitely hire these folks!

I called for service and they were able to come the next day. The technician arrived on time and replaced the plug, checked out the machine and made sure it was level and also hooked up and checked the water and drain lines of the washing machine and made sure it was level. The only charge was for the service call. Excellent service and a very knowledgeable technician who knew what she was doing. I will definitely call them again for any appliance repair.

Kevitt knew so much, he can pretty much diagnose issue over the phone. So, by the time the appointment is scheduled, it is quick and to the point. The price is also right.

Problem was resolved and I was shown how to rectify the situation should it happen again.

Kevitt was very prompt in responding and came out the day after we called him. He initially diagnosed the problem as a broken fan assembly. It took several weeks for parts to come in (not his fault) and unfortunately it turned out that there was some sort of blockage in the piping and not the fan (the original started running again). He advised that the best solution was to replace the fridge. Although he spent quite a bit of time with us diagnosing and trying to fix the problem, his service charge was really reasonable. I would use him again and recommend him as a professional, honest repairman.

It went well. The repairman was able to come within 8 hours of being notified of the problem. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and had all of the parts when he arrived. It took him less than 45 minutes.

Kevitt Kreger and his female assistant arrived within two hours. They were both knowlegeable, friendly & professional. At first Kevitt thought the repair would cost over $900 but after carefull analysis, he fixed the problem for less than $200. If we ever need a repair in the future, Apen Appliance will be the company we call.

A repairman came out and looked at the fridge, ordered the part and another repairman (woman) came the next day and installed it. Problem solved! Both were courteous, friendly, fast. I don't remember their names but would use them both again (hope I won't need to). Thanks to both of you. When I called to schedule the first appointment, I was told there was a 10% coupon online. So, my 190.00 repair was 20.00 off.

The repair man came and quickly found out what the problem was. he ordered the part which took a day or two to come in but he was here and had it completely replace within an hour.

I left a message on Sunday, but didn't get a call back. Called again Tuesday, and they were able to get to my house that afternoon. Was going to cost almost $500 to fix my old dryer, so he recommended I buy a new one instead. His service call was only $45, which seemed like a bargain! Thank you!

It went very good. It was quick and easy. It worked out pretty well because it covered the labor and that was a really good deal. He was really, really nice because he was like you're not going to pay this price because it's going to cover the labour and everything. He was like you're just going to pay this price. He could have taken advantage of me; so I paid 165 and that was it. He was coming all the way from Monument and I live in Colorado Spring; so he travelled quite away and he had to stop here where I live. He was just really good. It was great.

Technician arrived at the scheduled time, quickly diagnosed the issue provided me with a price, and time to complete the motor replacement. The next day having received the part in less then 24hrs he was in and out of the house in less then 1 hr having fixed the problem and informing me about the warranty and what to do if I had any future issues.

I guess it was okay, though they seemed to have forgotten what to do.The fellow had to call his boss to find out what he was to do. He seemed very confident especially after remembering what to do. He was very kind and tidy.

Very poor communication. Five minutes after the window he said he would arrive I text him and he texts back he will be there in another two hours. 45 mins after that window goes by I see these reviews and decide to cancel the appointment. I believe good communication is the first step in professionalism. He might be brilliant with appliances, but I never saw anything. He was at least apologetic.

Arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested that I buy a new washer as the repair parts and service would cost more than a new washer. He also provided advice on brands to look for and to avoid based upon what he has seen at service calls. Very professional and I would certainly use again.

It didn't go well. Some young kid showed up first, had really no idea what he was doing. Spent majority on the phone with his boss. the problem was that I would get stalactites in the freezer, from water dripping from the ice maker and freezing. The diagnosis they came up with was completely wrong. They kept saying it was a water pressure thing and tray was overflowing but I told them that the top shelf food would defrost and that the door LED would go on a fritz. Since I wouldn't let them go with the water pressure diagnosis - when they order you a part, put it in and it doesn't fix the problem, you still have to pay for the part, we had to re-schedule with the boss. Once he came, he agreed that it wasn't the water pressure, it was probably the main board. I said how can it be the main board when the board in the door freaks out occasionally. He said the best thing to do would be to call him when the LED board went out again and he would come out and do some diagnostics. It took a couple of times for him to be available next time it happened. He agreed for to replace the LED board in the door but his price didn't seem very competitive. I ended up ordering a replacement LED board online for less, I put installed it (2 wire connections, easily pooped off and then on) and problem fixed. So the prepaid $89 repair promotion was a complete waste of money. Not to mention the multiple appointments, or the frustration of him misdiagnosing the issue and knowing that I would have to pay for the parts even if he was wrong. This was a horrible experience and he should have refunded me the money I paid.

Very Professional. Showed up on time - determined the problem and ordered the part needed. Returned with the replacement part and installed and checked out the microwave. Excellent job.

They came out one time and were not able to fix it but they seem to be professional and knowledgeable when they came out the second time and replaced the ice maker and they did not charge me. I would use them again in the future.
