Excellent! Came out the morning I called and returned that same afternoon with the parts and completed the job all in the same day. Very professional. I would use Kevin again for any appliance repair.

Kevitt was great about getting time to fix our dryer with a very busy schedule he has. He knew the brand, Frigidaire, and it's little nuances. Initially thought it needed the bearings greased, but turned out it needed a new motor bearing. He was quick during both visits, professional, clean, and courteous. I got him from a friend's recommendation, and I would now recommend him for appliance work.

Kevitt answered my call while he was on his last day of vacation out of state and then scheduled us in the next day! He was prompt, fixed the part quickly, and even gave us some tips on some other appliances we are looking at replacing in the future. Very pleasant and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend his company!

He did great! I wanted to clean behind the dryer and he also helped move the washer for me to clean behind it.

He was delayed by his previous appointment so he was late, but called to let me know he would be. He did what was advertised in the package and educated me on how to maintain the appliances. He got the work done in a timely fashion.

He arrived promptly, after calling and identifying himself to my wife & verifying she was expecting him. He moved our large refrigerator, expertly, being careful not to damage our hardwood floors. When he was done, he gave my wife some do-it-yourself maintenance tips for the dishwasher between service calls. My wife told me he was very polite and professional. We will definitely use Aspen Appliances for future needs.

Kevitt tested the dishwasher, cleaned spray arm valves, tightened spray arm, and retested function. He tested the timer on my built in oven, determined that a new digital clock/timer would be required and suggested that for my 30 year old oven it wasnt worth the cost to repair. While he was there he also fixed a leaky valve under my kitchen sink before the plumber could arrive. He charged me $45. We've used Aspen Appliance Repair for about ten years. He tells me when to repair and when to save my money. He knows what he's doing, can repair anything, is honest, prompt and professional. He has worked on my washers, dryers, refrigerator, ovens and dishwasher.

Dishwasher is fixed and they recommended that I could replace another part on dishwasher myself (they were happy to do it, but they were willing to help me save money because it was a simple part to replace.)

First service was a big deal for $99, went exact as promised!! Then I hired them to replace my garbage disposal. It was $325. They showed up after the 2 hour window, the 2nd guy didn't show up due to car trouble. So it was good service but not as good as the first time.

He pulled the fridge out, looked around, couldn't figure it out, and suggested I replace my icemaker. I didn't want to go to that expense when we weren't sure that was the problem. It didn't solve the issue. It might not be their fault, though. They were very nice, courteous, and timely.

Kevitt was very professional and answered our questions. He provided the necessary paperwork we needed for our insurance company. He also recommended another brand of refrigerator, than the one we had placed and order on, and we are so glad he made that recommendation as it was the right choice for us. Thank you!

After an initial mix-up in appointment time (which was quickly straightened out), everything went fine. Called before coming to notify he was on his way. Showed up on time. Performed contracted services, corrected the settings on the refigerator, and provided some useful tips for cleaning/maintaining the dishwasher and disposal.

He came to diagnose the problem on one day; ordered the part; installed and repaired the next day. Very personable and accommodating. Arrived on time and we will use Aspen again.

He cleaned the refrigerator coils in back and front, cleaned the dishwasher and checked the disposal. Everything was in good order. He provided lots of care tips for future use.

Arrived during the promised window. Got right to work. Had the parts and tools needed on hand. Did a great job. Showed me the defect on the broken coil. Explained how this happens. Cleaned up the job site. Very personable and professional. The coupon I got from Angie's list saved me about $75.00! And, the part and repair have a great warranty.

Aspen was recommended to us by our very trusted usual appliance repair person, John from Peak Appliance, as he does not repair Miele DWs. Aspen's owner Kevitt set an appt. and showed up as agreed. He made an initial assessment of the problem and then called back after he had talked with the Miele tech. rep. he ordered the part and told us when it was expected. The part didn't arrive on time and Kevitt doesn't have a system for following ordered parts. When the part comes in he calls and comes out, if it doesn't arrive he really doesn't know that. Our part somehow got stuck in NC and finally arrived a week late. But it required our calling to initiate his finding out where it was. He replaced the part and we had a working DW again, except the door didn't act as it had for years. Kevitt was very responsive about returning promptly and fixing the door which was not his fault at no charge. Then several days later I noticed that the DW was wobbly and I could see no screws securing it to the cabinet. Again, Kevitt responded promptly with no whining and no charge. Somehow the DW had worked its way loose - probably partially Kevitt's fault and partially due to the fact that one screw cannot be placed due to interference with our soapstone sink. He is a very nice guy; helped us with some questions we had with DW operations and did not attempt to charge us for the follow up charges. I talked with him about developing a system for tracking parts that he has ordered. he was responsive to my input. I would use him again, but now know I have call him when we think our part should be in.

Very responsive and seemed to have a good grasp of what needed to be done and got it don promptly and efficiently.

I'm currently in the West Coast so I'm not in Colorado Springs but as far as I know, my wife said it went great. She was actually there at the house. He diagnosed the cause of the issue was but he didn't fully repair it because we opted not to go that route but he did come and do what he was basically contracted or asked to do and did it well. He explained everything really well to her from what she told me. He was professional and gave her options for the thing which was nice. Sometimes you get some kind of shady ones but he seems like a pretty upfront and kept what the deal was. If I need to fix some appliances, I'd definitely call him back.

It was so great of Kevitt to talk with me at length about how to deal with the problem I had with my washer. He is a very friendly, customer oriented person. I had a problem with a fairly new washer and he helped me figure out what to do. I would definitely hire him to fix any problems I might have in the future.

Didn't arrive at time originally scheduled. I had to call to inquire when he planned on arriving and he said he was busy and that it would likely be the next day. When he finally showed up the next day, he indicated he thought the freezer setting was too high so turned it down and said that should fix the problem. It didn't. Still leaking. Not impressed with service.

Good. He was informative, seemed to e thorough looking at all concerns. He eliminated worries we had of potential electric problems. He replaced the broken part and then tested the dryer. Everything seems to be working well so far.

Terrific service. Brandon the next day, on time, with the right replacement part and tools. Jumped right into it and was finished in about 30 minutes. The washing machine now runs like new. Kevin and Brandon are both super friendly and treated our problem like it was the most important thing happening today. We are very pleased and highly recommend them for large appliance service.
