Very impressed! They were friendly, answered questions, and treated my home like their own. I would highly recommend them! I did find a small water leak, however, it was a defective part and they fixed it quickly. I probably should have shopped around for a better price, but I am totally satisfied with my system and my installers!

Tim Swan is a likeable and knowledgeable guy who has set up a really impressive company. His workers are thoroughly screened and he stands behind their work. It was an enjoyable project despite a few twists that were no one's fault. It turned out well, very respectful and nice workers, good job. I would recommend Swan highly. My only reservation is that I wasn't sure what model of furnace I was getting until it arrived.

Decided against a swamp cooler and wanted quotes on a mini-split system, which the salesman wasn't real familiar with, but was diligent in getting the information needed. Had the best quote and the job was finished in a little more than 1 day.

in a big hurry - bit of a hack job

Sized just right and done right. Our system is functioning perfectly. Very practical and helpful. Getting the SEER 14 was a great investment. We thought of the SEER 16 but their recommendation was that was really more practical for areas like Phoenix where AC is needed almost year around. Quick, one day installation, clean and running from the start. We are very happy.
