The service USED TO BE impeccable, but has taken a turn for the worse. They do not meet commitments and their monthly fee for maintenance is useless since they want to schedule (and reschedule) service for months later.

Saved me a lot of money by being honest. Service was professional and project was completed in a timely manner. Will always use Swan.

Their customer service and attention to detail is unbelieveable. Their company is amazing. They bent over backward and had it installed quickly so we didn't have to go through the weekend so we didn't have to go without a/c, they cleaned up, didn't leave messes. The service tech was very professional and curtious. He did something i have never seen another contractor do and that was put on booties over his boots so he wouldn't track anything in the house..

I had them out to give me an estamate on central air and then back out to do annual service on my furnace. The price on the annual service was very reasonable but they cam back with other stuff that needed to be clean that was not included in the original price.

I'm very pleased with my overall experience with Swan. The sales representative took the time to fully measure my home and heat load while others just "eyeballed" it based on square footage. Their price was very good and the installation team was professional, clean and did an excellent install. I highly recommend Swan.

Starting with the saleperson. He was knowledable, did a complete job in his estimation (measured house, windows, checked insulation) to appropriatly size a system. The work was started and completed in the timeframe stated. The installers were professional and knowledable. The finished installation was neat and clean.

Extremely professional and well-prepared. So far, all staff have shown up on time and were helpful (duct cleaning prior to installation of furnace). The furnace installation will take place next week.
