We got 3 bids and Grizzly Bear was quick to respond and gave us a very reasonable estimate. They followed through and were quick to respond. The owner, Bobby, told us he didn't think we needed new sod and helped encourage us to try and see if we could get our lawn back in shape with the help of the sprinkler. We appreciated his candor. His top man, Jim, was a very hard worker, too. We would definately recommend them!

Couldn't find the problem, but gave a credible explanation that it might be due to a neighbor's system and agreed to return if we needed them to do so. Docked them on punctuality since they didn't show up the day/time (no notice, just didn't show) they said they would, but did come the next day on time. Their calendar had it for the next day. The owner freely admitted that it was most likely his mistake and we are certain it was because we double check dates for such activity.

Bobby, the owner, did an excellent job. He was timely, friendly, and responsive. He was willing to work with me on whatever I needed done and always checked-in with me on various aspects of the project. He came back after the lawn settled to repair any dips or problem areas. While he's not a landscape architect, he has some good basic ideas for landscaping. He's a hard worker and has high expectations for his crews for customer service and performance. All the neighbor's loved him. He provided a complementary sprinkler blow out for the first year. I've used him for annual sprinkler blow-outs and he's timely and does an outstanding job. His prices are reasonable and goes the extra mile to help get your project done. I highly recommend Grizzly Bear and Bobby.

Everything went well. Bob provided us with an estimate. He listened to what I had to say about the setting and materials. Bob arrived on time and finished the project in one day as he had promised. It looks very nice. I got the final say on the placement of the plants and rocks. Good job!

Excellent work, had several men here to complete the work in ~3 hours.

The two of them showed up and went to work quickly, going through all 7 stations, making repairs and basically making sure everything was running as intended. They were FAST, knew what they were doing and VERY reasonable. They also blow out sprinkler systems before winter for a reasonable price. They get their hands and all dirty and get it done! Note: I am a very hard grader. I will be using these folks from here on out.
