I am both a landlord and homeowner, I'm really careful with the companies I work with as I've been taken advantage of many times in the past. Knowing who you can trust and who to stay away from when it comes to plumbers is a guessing game. I have several contractors that I've worked with over the years and those that I've been burned by I tell everyone. For anyone that asks for a referral, I go out of my way to mention who to stay away from, for the businesses that actually care about you and have shown honesty and integrity, they're my favorites for life. Front Range Water Heater is one of those companies for me. My water heater suddenly started leaking and in calling around I was already being quoted ridiculous amounts of money on what I needed to spend for them to come out, how much it WILL cost to replace it - and this was even before they came out! Quinn talked me through his plan, quoted me a what potentially I was looking at, but was careful to say, "Let's take a look at it first". Where other companies were already saying I had to buy a new water heater, Front Range Water Heater checked it out, determined that it didn't need to be replaced, adjusted some fitting oh and by the way, while he was there, checked out other parts of my plumbing just to make sure everything was okay. These guys have earned my business, and I will be using them in the future. I wish I could rate them higher - I definitely trust them!

I liked Quinn's good communication, he arrived for the appointment on time and respected that it was an emergency that needed prompt attention. The installation seems fine today and everything is working properly. Although replacing a water heater turned out to be more expensive than I had anticipated, their price was still a couple of hundred dollars less than other quotes. Since I was so pleased with the water heater appointment, I have scheduled another small plumbing project with this company for next week. Thanks!

These guys are fantastic! I had scheduled an install through Home Depot, thinking they would be reasonable. However, their installer wanted nearly $1600 to install a $435 water heater. So I sent them away and contacted Home Advisor. I received a call from Joe within 10 minutes of scheduling. He and a co-worker arrived the next morning, on time, and had my old water heater out and the new one installed in less than an hour. Price was exactly as quoted with no "add-ons".

I had three other companies come through and evaluate the job. All of them insisted it was going to require a power vent which the power vent alone $1,400 excluding the new water heater cost of Labor Etc. These guys gave me alternative options that were more cost-effective and explained the entire process of what they we're going to do and did it all for Less. I will absolutely use these guys and refer these guys anyone who needs Plumbing work done. I highly recommend them!!

Joe called me late on a Friday night to say he would be able to replace the hot water heater by 9:00 AM on Saturday with no weekend premium fee. The work was fast, professional and about 1/2 the cost of what others had quoted. If you need your hot water tank replaced this is the company to call.

I discovered late Sat evening that my water heater had gone out and was leaking. We had no hot water. I went on Home Advisor about 11pm that night and got three recommendations. All contacted me around 7am on Sun morning. I selected Front Range Water Heater to do the job and worked closely with Joe who immediately responded. I had concerns that I would have to wait until Mon afternoon to get a new water heater installed and producing hot water. Joe was ready and able to get our problem solved Sun morning. Good service. They had to drive a good distance to get to us, but kept in contact and did a good job. Cleaned up some shoddy workmanship from the previous install.
