Front Range Water Heater

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I spent $14k having Front Range complete a sewer line fix on my house. Four months later the line was backing up again and Front Range was unwilling to warranty any of their work! Apparently they lost all camera footage on the sewer line scope and were not willing to share any notes on the job. I made several attempts to speak with the owner Quinn, but he ignored emails, voicemails and texts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I will be using Front Range Water Heater company when I need to replace my water heater!! They came gave me the brand they would use, the quote was reasonable and in line. They were so nice, friendly and extremely knowledgeable!!! Excellent company I highly recommended !! Katherine Glankler

This company gave us a prompt accurate estimate, scheduled tech for following morning, tech was on time. Tech was knowledgeable, personable, professional. Replaced our leaking hot water heater, function and leak checked new heater. All in around an hour and a half. Would highly recommend this company for work to others.

From start to finish Front Range Water Heater was a pleasure doing business with. Audrey was friendly and answered all my questions prior to setting up the appointment. When Tim and Justin arrived we went over the water heater installation and other repairs before beginning, once again answering all my questions. All the information was very welcoming. I could not have asked for more skilled technicians to be working on my home. I had a few other plumbing issues other than the water heater installation which were absolutely no problem for Tim and Justin. Before I knew it they were done with the entire job which was almost incredible for the amount of work being done. I’ve never had this good of an experience with a plumbing company before and will absolutely be using them for any future needs. I will also be recommending them to all my friends and neighbors. Did I mention their prices were also extremely competitive and realistic? I spoke with other companies but the choice was clear. Front Range Water Heater was the clear winner. No hesitation.

The repairman showed up when he said he'd be here. He got the job done quickly. I noticed the next morning that there was a small leak. I called and spoke with the same repairman and he came right away and took care of it.

We had a new water heater installed June 2020, and Front Range WH was an excellent choice. They had fair pricing and offered a reputable product (Bradford White). From start to finish, communication, timing, quality of work, and consideration of the "covid" situation was all very professional, yet done in a caring and personable manner. Communication was *awesome*. They were very respectful regarding the COVID-19 situation, installation was great. The plumber that came (Chad) was very friendly and knowledgeable, making observations and offering to fix or how I can fix issues. I had him back to re-pipe my water heaters as well.

They were really great to work with and answered all of our seemingly simple questions! As new home owners this was extremely helpful for us to get to know the process.
