Description of Work: C&M showed up three separate times over approximately one month to perform a high lift on two garage doors. The first visit was to measure. The second visit was for the install, but the installer wasn't comfortable performing the work using the parts he had been given to use. He measured again and left. The third visit was also supposed to be an install, and two installers arrived. They brought the same parts again. They told me that the boss said "make it work". Again, the installers weren't comfortable performing the work using the parts they were given. The installers left and told me the office would call to reschedule, but the office didn't call back. After a week I called the office to tell them I wouldn't be needing their services any longer as I was going to get someone else to do the work. The person answering the phone said "I don't blame you". All in all this wasted a month of my time. Thank goodness I never gave them a deposit! Ankmar did the install instead. They were a little more expensive, but they got the job right the first time.

Description of Work: They came out and gave me an estimate to repair my garage door. They needed to order parts. They never contacted me about the parts. I called them, and they said they would get back to me. I am still waiting........

Description of Work: They installed a garage door. It works well. The installer left the garage clean and removed all of the waste and the old door.

Description of Work: Inspected garage doors, replaced two openers, programmed remotes, and installed and programmed keyless entry. Repaired opener rails where they were pulling out of the drywall. | |New openers are very stable and quiet. Very satisfied! |

Description of Work: After my garage door got twisted when it came out of it's track, the guys from C&M came out and in 15 minutes had it back working properly. Very personable and easy to work with. They answered all my questions thoroughly. Only slight drawback was I had to wait a few days for an appointment. They were very busy at that time but it was only a minor inconvenience to me since the door was almost fully down. Will use them again should I need garage door repair.
