It took the tech less than an hour to repair the door, and to grease the opener screw (no charge). Cost was half what I expected. Prompt, efficient service. Tech was polite, direct and knew his business. Fixed the problem that was needed. What more can you ask of a service company?

Called C&M, they came out within a few hours and Dylan fixed the problem right there.

Was running late but let me know which was really nice. Showed up and quickly assessed the state of my garage door. He asked if I wanted to replace some of the rollers which were old and worn and I said yes. Did a very nice job - the door is so much quieter now and I hope I've added to the life of the springs...time will tell.

Not only did the service provider tune up the door opener, he also evaluated its overall status without trying to sell me a new one.

I called because I was having issues with the electric motion sensor not letting the garage door shut. After 3 service calls I still frequently have the problem. I was disappointed with my experience.

Sent a technician that had little to no experience. Mine was the first job on his own after just 2 weeks of OJT. Was supposed to replace two matching doors. Did not even realize he had come out with 2 totally different doors. The technician caught a cable in the sealing gasket around the door; he just kept pulling on it until I told him to stop and I looked to see where it was caught. He almost damaged the seal gasket and would have if I had not intervened. The technician removed trusses from our old door, he was supposed to transfer them to the new door but instead put them in his truck and took them away to be trashed. The technician could not figure out how to adjust the opener bracket he put on the door so it would closed all the way. I had to show him how to do it. His hands were black from grease which he go all over our new white door. It did not all come clean. I requested to office manager that a different technician be sent to install the second door (once they got the right one) but she refused. Fortunately this technician quit the company the day before he was supposed to return. But he was only a little better than the first guy. The second technician installed the right door. However he put the door opener bracket off center from the opener rod. I fixed it myself after he left. My watching his work clearly bothered him, but given the previous tech's poor work it was totally necessary. The new door was binding at the bottom and would not close all the way. His "solution" was to increase the downward pressure of the closer to its maximum. A solution that could damage or possibly injure anything the door may hit o the way down. Finally the company owner came out (third trip and the third time I had to leave my own work to be there) to return with the trusses for the first door. A few days later the door again would not close. The owner came out again and actually corrected the binding issue. He also reset the downward pressure of the door to a more sensitive position. I am very disappointed in the quality of work, professionalism of the company and the fact that C and M office manager refused to send a different technician after the first person demonstrated a total lack of competency in the work to be done. The job should have required a single visit; it took four to get things right.

Came out same day as I called for service. Price charged at time of service matched the estimate I was given on the phone. Technician arrived 15 min early.

The price seemed somewhat high but they responded quickly and did a very professional job. I would use them again.

Excellent service. I called at 8AM, was told that a representative could be at my house at 2PM. Arrived punctually. Diagnosed the problem promptly and repaired it. Also did a complete service call including lubrication of all springs, hinges, and the screw drive. Checked alignment of the safety "eye". Worked efficiently, yet explained each thing that he included in the service call. I was 100% satisfied and would recommend the service highly.

The spring broke on our garage and they were able to come out the same day. I run a small business out of the garage and needed it fixed asap. He had the spring replaced in a half hour. Great service and very good rates. Professional and on time. Did the work for the price quoted. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

Cand M came to repair our broken spring within a couple of days. The young man who arrived spent a lot of time adjusting things and working very hard to get our door to sit right. It was not as good as we would have liked but we could see he was doing the best he could. The owner called the next day to let us know his employee had relayed his own dissatisfaction with the end result; he asked if he could come try to fix it further at no additional charge. A special-order spring did the trick and Cand M's committment to a job well-done earned a customer for life.
