The work was good. I felt instense upsell pressure because both the person that set the appointment and the technician that came out did not like the brand of faucet that I purchased. They installed it anyway, and did a good job. Then when clearing the slow drain, they recommended that I replace my disposal, and of course, they had two models with them. It wasn't inexpensive. What I thought was going to $100 - $200 turned out to be quite a bit more. As I said, they did a good job, I just felt pressured to have purchased different hardware.

They are very nice people. They were very honest and straightforward about estimates.

Totally responsive to our plight - very timely, professional and very competent. It was a pleasure working with Stephanie and her crew. They fixed our issues promptly (same day) with consideration and concern. Top notch!!

On the day they were to arrive I had to go to Urgent Care. I thought I would be back in time to meet with the repairman. But then the doctor decided to run an extra test which would make me late to let the repairman into my house. I called their office and told them about the problem, that I would be sending my husband to take my place, but that he wouldn't be there on time either. I told the office manager how the repairman could get in the house, and by the time my husband had arrived, the repair and replacement was all but done. I felt so grateful that they had been so professional and flexible. I've had this same company repair a water pipe leak in my kitchen floor. They had to drill out the cement floor, and then the fellow had to crawl in the hole to fix it at great discomfort to himself. When I told him that I should pay more for all he had done, he said no, and wouldn't charge me anything above what they had quoted me initially. I love this company and feel lucky that they live in my town so that when I have problems I can get their help again! Oh - and the price for my water heater was $400 less than I had been quoted elsewhere.

We've had Action repair come to our house to fix pipe/fitting leaks twice in the last six months. The first was for a leak (unknown source) where he had to cut the drywall in several places before tracking it down. The second was for another leak, which also required drywall removal, but was easier to locate, given the location of the leak and pipes. Both times, they were courteous, professional, came out the same day, and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Our only complaint: the first time, he didn't use a drop cloth when cutting the drywall, and dust was everywhere by the time he finished (that's the B for quality - the repairs themselves have been fine) . The second time, they used a drop cloth and were very conscientious about containing the dust as much as possible and cleaning up afterwards.

Company rep Gary Lacher was proompt, friendly, explained what he was doing and why, replaced defective part, waited around to make certain that it was working properly. Excellent service, excellent company, fair prices! Would recommend them without reservation!

Came on time, completed repairs with minimum of fuss and muss.

Action Plumbing performed service in a rental unit we own on two separate occasions. The first time, I called them to replace a leaking drain line. The work was completed at a reasonable cost, in a timely manner. The next time I called Action Plumbing was just a week later, when I realized work done earlier by another plumber (Tallon Services) was faulty and leaking. The other plumber did not return phone calls nor honor the 12 month guarantee he said covered his work. Rather than put more money into an older toilet to have the repairs done correctly, I opted to replace the unit with a new water conserving model. Stephanie was great about finding a time for someone to come out and get the job done. Both plumbers sent out by Action did great work. I would definitely use them again, and have already recommended them to a friend who moved into a new house only to find that one of her toilets clogs constantly and a bar sink drains literally onto the floor of her furnace room into a floor drain.

Efficient work, talked me through the process brought a very can do attitude to the job.

After checking Angie's list for reviews it was hard to ignore 67 reviews with straight A's! The owner of the company was here in less than an hour to assess the problem. We had a leak of 30 gallons per hour according to our meter! He narrowed down the location, called the office and arranged for his crew to be here the next day after an emergency utility locate. Everett and Robert arrived promptly the next day and explained exactly what they would be doing and how they were going to preserve the lawn in the process. They carefully piled the sod and dirt on tarps. Four hours later the pesky leak in the main sprinkler system water line from the meter to the vacuum breaker was fixed, the dirt and sod properly reinstalled, and final clean up was excellent. We would most definitely call Action Plumbing again for any future plumbing issues.

I would give Action 20 stars if Angie's List allowed me! I have worked with other plumbers and will go nowhere else from here on out. I called Action late afternoon on Monday when my plumber canceled (again!) They were at my home first thing on Tuesday morning. Deb was helpful in scheduling and even called back to verify something so she didn't send a plumber out before getting all of the facts. A+! It took Ari from Action Plumbing 3 1/2 hours to do what my last plumber kept putting off for 1 1/2 months. He installed an exterior water spout, connected my new sink, installed the new garbage disposal, dishwasher, and refrigerator water/ice...with absolutely professional timing. In addition, he talked to me about a couple other bathroom and main water line jobs I will be calling him back to do. FINALLY! I've found my go-to plumbers!

Very well. Unfortunately had to come back and clear pipes again. Didn't charge for second clean out. Very courteous and clean.

Everett and Robert were at my house with a new water heater within half an hour after I called Action Plumbing. They were professional and effecient. They cleaned the space when they removed the old heater before installing the new one, and they made sure my floor drain was cleaned and working properly. They gave me instructions for lighting the pilot should it become necessary.

The toilet and tub were not draining and dirt was coming up. They put a thing down the drain and it was hitting something just outside the walls of the house. They dug up a 3x2 section of yard to get down to the pipe. They found a leak in a joint and therefore the shrubbery's roots were growing towards the leak and got into the pipe, blocking it. They cleaned it out and replaced a section and he explained how he adds an extra layer on the seal to prevent leaks and this situation happening again. They continued a pipe clean out to the connection. They explained things as they went, and also helped me with the bathroom sink that wasn't draining right either. Super nice and really explains things well so you feel comfortable with the service and the issues and the solution.

They did a great job. I presume the same man owns the company and have since moved from Loveland, but I used their services on several occasions and they always had good pricing. Once when there was a problem with a boiler (which is a big deal with the altitude), he was able to fix the issue, get the parts, and get everything taken care of.

They were honest in their evaluations, and they did a good job with the valve installation.

I have used Action Plumbing for nearly 35 years, and they have always been wonderful. This time was no exception. They were very considerate, did great work, and offered helpful advice on how to keep my appliances looking like new. Furthermore, Dick, the owner, is quite possibly the most honest person I know.

I have used them a few times previously, and they have proven to be reliable, honest, and friendly. Additionally, they are reasonably priced, do good work, and are friendly to animals. I would definitely recommend them to others.

They were very professional and knowledgeable, and they did a great job of installing the new pump.

It was fantastic! They provided the most competitive estimate of the six companies that I contacted. Dave, the foreman, was on site every day, and he along with his crew completed the repairs in just one day despite the job's difficulty. Furthermore, they cleaned up after themselves and did a wonderful job. We've never had anyone do so well as them.

I had a sewage backup in my basement and Everet referred me to AP restoration and the sewage pump guys to ddrain tanks. He even called the septic guys for me and explained the story so that I would not have to. He even wanted to shovel my driveway for me. So nice.

VERY VERY VERY GOOD FOLKS !!!! I will RAVE about Action Plumbing to anyone and everyone who will listen ! THEY ARE EXCELLENT !! Let me repeat that........THEY ARE EXCELLENT !! They came here ON TIME, they didn't try to upsell me on thing I didn't need, they looked at several different angles of correcting my problem and then opted on the one that cost me only the service charge....... The technichian, Gary Lacher ( pronounced LOCKER :) ) ......was SUPERB. Nicest guy.....very personable, and HONEST. Here's the key word peeps.........he was HONEST. And that means that ACTION PLUMBING as a whole company is an HONEST one. Don't hesitate to call them up. You will be glad you chose THEM !!!

Action plumbing and heating arrived on time and did a very professional job. The work, especially the moving of the pipes was excellent. I definitely recommend the company for any plumbing needs.
