They did a good job and they were very pleasant.

They did a good job. They came out on a Saturday. It was kind of an emergency. They are speedy and pretty good. It took them 45-minutes. I use them here at the house all the time when we have plumbing problems here.

They know their business; they are excellent plumbers. They are very professional and very personable. I would highly recommend them. Their prices are competitive for the area.

It was fine. They were prompt and they did do what needs to be done. They were very cordial.

I thought that the owner was really nice. I remember that he came out in the middle of the night and fix it and he spent a long time working on it to make sure that it was working for me again. I think that was last winter when the temperature went below 15 degrees for four or five nights in a row and it was giving that smell. So he came out late at night even though it was freezing and he fixed it. I really liked him.

They were wonderful. They did a great job. The technician was really good and knowledgeable and did the job quickly and didn't make a mess.

It turned out well. They were honest about it and they told us we had no problem. They only charged us a service call charge which was very reasonable. They are efficient and quick. It did not need any fixing.

When we first moved here about 5 years ago, I went to a plumber and they took us for a least $200. Action was straightforward with what they did and did a good job. They've been good. I can't remember exactly what they've done for us but I've had them out on several occasions and they've always been very good. They show up when they say they're going to show up and they're creative in solving problems and it doesn't seem like they're charging too much.

I left a message on the office voice mail (did not speak with a person) and no one returned my call. I fear they have me mixed up with someone else, on their response.

Our hot water heater broke and flooded our lower level, spoke to Stephanie shortly after they opened 7/24 .. they were able to work us in first thing same day for a replacement water heater! Stephanie was cheerful and extremely helpful, even with all my questions and their prices are competitive. Dick arrived promptly and did a great job installing the new water heater and removing the old one... we are so impressed with this company and its staff, will definitely recommend and use them for future needs.

Called for service. Plumber was sent out the same day even though it was not an emergency. He arrived on time and completed the work safely and corrected the problem. The price was higher than some other companies ($88 per hour) and he took all of the hour to complete the work. Only dissapointment was that we were not told that we would be charged for travel time which added another 1/4 hour to the cost during our initial phone call. Expensive for a $15 valve, but he had all the parts and tools to complete the job safely in one visit. The reason this company was selected over another cheaper one was the professionalism of the office staff and the way that our call was handled. Guess we have learned one more question to ask about pricing.

Needed to do some torch work to remove a valve I had installed, corrected the poor soldering job using a new valve.

This was the most positive experience with a plumbing company ever! It started with my distressed call about my garbage disposal suddenly leaking water under my sink causing the bottom of the cabinet to warp and the friendly voice on the other end telling me someone would be there the same day to evaluate and fix the problem, whether it was a drain issue or the disposal. Everett arrived right on time. He was friendly, respectful and did an outstanding job. He saw immediately that the disposal was loose, but still checked to be sure that the pipes were clear and not contributing to my water problem. Since the disposer motor housing ended up having a crack, we had to replace the disposer. We discussed the options and pricing, then he went out to the truck and got the new disposal. He was quick and efficient. Finally, he showed me how to keep the disposer clean/operating well (which also keeps the pipes clean, reviewed with me what should/should not go down the disposal (I had totally wrong ideas on this) and even showed me how to make the sinks glisten like new. From the phone call to me writing the check the whole experience was excellent. Reasonable prices and pride in workmanship that I thought was gone--these people, especially Everett, are the real deal. Thank you so much, Action!

Have white flakes in my hot water out of the faucet so I called Action for a consultation. They were prompt in contacting me back and very punctual in coming out to the house to check it out. The tech informed me that there was no problem inside the house and it must be coming in from the city. I bought that, but asked him to replace the anode Rod (had it done before on last unit and this water heater is 7yrs old). He did not recommend it, but I insisted as I have had two other plumbers recommend it before to extend the life of the unit. He did not have the part, so ordered it and set another date to replace it. He also sold me on a garbage disposal installation (I needed a new one anyway) so he took care of that on the first trip. Long story short is I still have white flakes in my tap water, a new garbage disposal (works great), and a new anode Rod. Also had a massive bill for the labor and trip charge that I was not expecting. Wife was very irritated I did not call the plumber we hired a few years ago to save a little $$. Quality is good but you might want to shop around and make sure you know what the trip charges are up front. If they need parts your going to get dinged twice. 00

Called and talked with representative. Explained in detail my drain backup problem. Based on Angie list rating, expected return call. No return call. Wasted valuable time with wet basement.

We fortunately had a Blue Ribbon Home Warranty included on the home we just purchased. After living in the home for almost two weeks, we came home to find that the heating tank had failed on our water heater in the basement. Being that it was a Sunday afternoon, I was worried that I would have to wait until at least Monday to have anything done. I called BRHW's after hours line, and roughly 10 minutes later the service man from Action Plumbing & Heating called to discuss the issue! Ben was extremely Friendly, and indicated that the service call (overtime for a Sunday) would charge $132 more on Sunday than it would on the following Monday. As the water heater was still slowly leaking (I was able to minimize the flow), I felt it was worth the extra money to have the water heater replaced. BRHW covers $645 towards the replacement, so I was charged $310 out of my pocket. That's $310 for a brand new water heater completely and professionally installed! I'm confident that I could have completed the work, but it would have been a learning experience that I wasn't prepared for with the sudden failure. I'm very thankful for my BRHW, the courteous and professional service of Action Plumbing & Heating, and the ultimate affordability of the whole process. To be completely honest, I would not have been happy paying $955 out of my pocket. I would have taken the necessary steps to acquire a water heater, the necessary tools, and perform the work myself for that cost. However, considering the entire situation, I am completely satisfied!
