Description of Work: Arrived ahead of time and quickly made the repair that worked immediately. As usual Action did the work quickly and correctly.

Description of Work: Had part of the boiler system repaired because there was a leak. There was a little mystery about exactly what was wrong initially. We only knew that there was a small leak. It turned out that the initial installation (done by another company)had a valve left in the wrong position which had eventually damaged a part of the expansion tank. At any rate the technician figured out and repaired the problem and there haven't been any issues since. We here completely satisfied with the service. I can't remember how much it cost. That figure is a pure guess.

Description of Work: Very quick to respond to a leaky hot water heater. It was installed within a few hours of my phone call. The plumber was on time and gave me a phone call to update me on the time of his arrival. Very efficient and the price was reasonable for the new water heater and labor.

Description of Work: Action Plumbing repaired a water leak behind the washing machine. Their work is very professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem, then located and repaired the leak. The quality of the repair was first rate. I would definitely recommend them. They also replaced a water heater in 2011.

Description of Work: The sewer line in my 1920's-era home completely collapsed. After quite few futile attempts to get their auger through, they diagnosed the problem. They were extremely professional and service-oriented. Unfortunately, because of their reputation, they were booked up for many weeks and I went with another service. I wish I would have just waited as the other company was terrible from day 1...

Description of Work: Replaced a toilet with a new low flush unit.

Description of Work: I no longer live in that state, however I did use them for a new water heater, reset toilets after having new tile floors and maybe a couple other items. I remember the owner as Dick and I was happy with their service.

Description of Work: Fixed a leaking faucet to the clothes washer and analyzed a dripping bathroom shower. Another plumbing company indicated that we needed to replace the entire washer valve system, but Action fixed it by only tightening the packing on the valves, saving us about $200. I was given a way to save parts costs for the dripping shower, and a simple way to install them, which also will save money. Action Plumbing has been honest and straight forward.
