Description of Work: Remodeled two bathrooms they put in the shower and a tube and shower and two toilets. In the past we have used them to clean out drains after the city sewer backed up in or basement. The came in the middle of the night for that.

Description of Work: They installed water to the refridgerator, re-routed the kitchen sink, installed a new sink and disposal, re-routed a heating line from the boiler. It went very well. We dealt with two different plumbers. Both we professional, highly skilled and thought "outside the box" to solve the site-specific issues encountered.

It would have been scary if we weren't in such good hands. They explained each step, possibilities, timeline, then arranged the whole repair from city permits to final asphalt. Description of Work: We moved into our home and a week later the water heater failed! We had a blue ribbon home warranty so we promptly called them. Unfortunately we realized the failure on a Sunday afternoon. The blue ribbon home warranty folks had Action Plumbing and Heating at our house within an hour and half. The technician brought a brand new water heater and had everything back together in remarkable timing. This company is great!
