Good. Not perfect. In hindsight, I was overcharged. In replacing the drain in a fiberglass tub/shower, a scratch was created completely throught the finish of the tub. There was no offer of compensation. The work completed was fine.

Great job of fixing everything we asked and even more. He offered to fix other issue on the spot so we didn't have to have him come back for a simple fix. He stated that since there is a 1 hour minimum, we might as well take the hour fixing all the issues at hand. GREAT job and very helpful!

Did a very good job and was prompt and reasonably priced.

Very clean and efficiant work, arrived on time and completed work in timely manner and cleaned up.

We had some old galvanized steel drain pipes that had rusted out. Since our home has no basement and is on a concrete slab, a hole had to be dug 3 ft. deep in the back yard to access these pipes. Gary came out for a free estimate and he was very helpful and informative. We talked for almost an hour and he offered to swing by if I had other questions that came up. His suggestions for how to approach the problem were almost identical to the other plumbers who'd come out (Patrick Plumbing and Power Rooter). His final cost was about $50-150 dollars less than the next cheapest estimate. Gary was very professional and thorough. He seemed to do quality work and care about the finished product. He made sure to test the drain pipes on the sink and washer before he left. Since the work was completed today, I'm not yet sure how well it will hold up. Overall, I am very satisfied with Action Plumbing and I will call them again if something comes up.

They worked me in on a busy day. The receptionist and service provider were efficient, informative, and got the work done within an hour. There were plumbers listed closer to me but I chose Action due to good comments and they proved out.

The guy was great. It was a weekend and it was an emergency. He came out and everything was terrific. It was expensive but we thought it was reasonable because it was on a Saturday night. He wasn't cheap, but he was reasonable. He was very responsive and punctual.

Showed up within 1 day of my call. He worked really hard at digging it up. Glad I had him do it rather than me. Well worth the money.

We had a leaking sewer pipe between the house and septic tank. They answered right away, and Dick arrived about 3-4 hours later to diagnose the problem. This was quick and reliable. They could not do the work that day, but agreed to come the next day, a Saturday for an extra charge, which was fine with us as we wanted to be able to use our plumbing as soon as possible. We dug part of the hole to expose the problem but Action plumbing completed the digging, came ready with all necessary parts, and completed the job in under one hour. We were happy and will use them again for future plumbing service.

Great! They showed up on time and quickly repaired the damage. The plumber was knowledgeable and friendly. Since a hole had to be cut in the basement and piping replaced we were certain it would cost at least $200, but we were pleasantly surprised when the bill came (it came to just $125). We would definitely use their services again!

My sprinkler system shut off valve would not turn off. Water was leaking underground and I was forced to turn off the water supply to my house. I placed a call to Action Plumbing and Dick came out the next morning to take a look at the situation. His people were all tied up on another job, so he returned about 2 hours later and did all the work by himself. He had to dig down about 4 feet and replaced the valve. Very hard work. It took him about 2 hours to finish the job.

What a good experience. I was able to schedule an appointment the day after I called. Gary arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problems and the needed fixes. Ran back to the supply room at Action, found what he needed, and had it all installed and ready to go in just around an hour. I'm so pleased to find a company close which is such a good match for my home. My husband and I are thrilled to have found Action Plumbing. I understand that they also have extensive experience with boilers and plan to call them soon for a quote on a replacement.

Gary came by for an inspection first. He was very thorough, checking the drain and then pressure testing the showers to try to determine where the leak was coming from, instead of just guessing. He told us what needed to be done. He said he could be over in a couple of days to do the work and would only charge us Time and Materials and told us we could save money by opening up the walls ourselves, although he wasn't opposed to doing it. The work was scheduled and I proceeded to open the area he needed to perform the work. He came by as promised and did an excellent job.
