We apologize the the delay in providing service when requested. Unfortunately we had a couple of weeks where we were short three techs and even though we were working overtime to try to keep up, service was delayed during that time period. We have since hired another technician, who has several years of plumbing service experience. We also have most all of our techs back. Description of Work: New toilet install. We had purchased a toilet from Lowe's and the plumber arrived within a week for the install. The parts that were not provided in the packaged toilet, the plumber provided and offered suggestions for the new waxing, which was most appropriate for the design of the new toilet. I would recommend using these guys for the completeness and professionalism.

It wen't beautifully!
Description of Work: We have a very small second bathroom and the toilet tank was leaking. And to make it even more interesting, the manufacturer of the toilet hasn't made fixtures in 40 years. The toilet required a new seal and a new hose. Problem solved!
