Description of Work: We had them clean our windows inside and out, which they did a fantastic job with and that was the $180 above. We also had them re-screen and build missing screens. This is where they fall short and as they told us "screens are a secondary job for them". We were initially told they would bring the new screens out when they came to clean the windows and the others they could re-screen onsite. As it turned out they brought half the new screens out, which were done well, but had to take the others to the shop. They had to call twice over a weeks span to ask the exact same question and then said we could come and get them if we wanted them sooner as they were very busy. I explained we were paying for install and the project had already been delayed almost two weeks for the remaining screens, they agreed to make time to come and install them. When the final bill was presented it was $75 more then we were initially quoted by the employee who came out to measure. I will say the screens look nice, but due to there lack of good communication and significant mis-calculations we will not use them for screen repairs again.

 + -1 moreCalled and asked if they could come a little early and didn't just show up. Was more convenient for me as well so appreciated having the option. Introduced themselves, went over work to be performed and pricing. Were very pleasant and professional young men. Did an amazing job, even using a razor to clean off little 'imperfections' that had settled on exterior glass. Will use year and year again. Have a second story on house and they had no issues with that either. Could not ask for better service, quality or pricing. Will be recommending to all my friends.
Description of Work: Window interior and exterior cleaning as well as screens. Patio door and front storm door as well.

 + -1 moreI was greeted by service man,he introduced himself and answered all my questions.He did a window count once he understood what I was wanting done and came back in a few minutes with an estimete. Also expained how I may receive a $10 discount and also answered addtional questions. He was courtious and helpful. They did all the work I felt effeciently and were pleasant to have around the house. I feel like the windows were cleaned well and I was very pleased with the experience and would use them again.

Description of Work: These are some of the best people I've ever had to work on any aspect of my home. From a personally-delivered flyer, we decided to ask them to give a quote, and the high quality service began there. Attentive, thorough, helpful, not at all pushy, the guy who came round was a pleasure to talk with. We hired them to do a full clean of our windows inside and out plus some screens. The crew who came round were again professional, polite and did a really complete job (they spent almost the whole day to complete the work). They really seemed to care about not just doing a good job but leaving a positive impression. EXCELLENT!

 + -1 moreAfter the initial window cleaning was complete, I submitted a complaint to the company for streaky windows, lack of professionalism by a younger employee, and dirty water splatters left in my house. I also posted my experience on Angie's List. The owner of the company contacted me immediately and came to my home right away at my convenience. I had already cleaned up the dirty water splatters but he and a co-worker who had been on the original job spent almost 2 hours getting my west-facing windows streak-free, staying until the sun was setting to see any remaining streaks. I do believe the owner is a hard working man of integrity and he will coach his employees and make his company even stronger. I would now use this company again.

Dan called the next day to make sure I was satisfied, and I told him one window had a little streaking so he sent someone over to fix it right away. This is the second time I have used them; it won't be my last.

 + -1 moreIt was a great experience! I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks, and was later offered an appointment even sooner when they had a cancellation. The crew was running a little late, which happens, but I received a call before my appointment time with an apology and also making sure that would still work for me. When they got here they all went right to work. Everyone was so nice and professional. The windows are sparkling! The thing I loved the most was that they have a printed price list so there were no surprises or hidden fees. Great company -- will definitely have them back next time!

 + -1 moreThey were very punctual (actually arrived early) and were able to quote and perform the cleaning service all on the same day. They moved furniture where necessary and wore protective booties to protect our carpet. They gave us a nice discount for being the first on our block to respond to their cleaning advertisement. We appreciated their courtesy and professionalism as well as their friendly demeanor. They did not cut corners to finish quickly and every window was thoroughly cleaned. They do request referrals which we have gladly given. Overall, a very nice job from competent and caring workmen. We will use them again.
