A New View does an excellent job. I have a contract with them so my windows are cleaned quarterly. Having this contract gives me a discount for each cleaning. Try them you won’t be sorry.

This is the BEST window cleaning experience I have EVER HAD!!! The men showed up on time, were very professional and courteous. They took their time and were very communicative and thorough. We have a home built in the 1950 and the windows are beyond complicated. They have multiple panes that need to be removed and to be honest, they are a nightmare. BUT-----Jackson and his team did not seemed stressed or concerned. Our windows literally look brand new now. I can not believe it. We signed up for a service plan so that we don't have to stress about cleaning moving forward, they will come to our house twice a year and offer a great incentive for that. I am a realtor and will recommend them to ALL OF MY CLIENTS!!! Great job!!!!

A New View cleaned my windows yesterday and did a great job as always! I really appreciate the way the team took gentle care of my screens which have been temperamental in the past. They referred to their notes and prior experience with my house and worked with me to make sure everything was right before they left. I have an annual contract with A New View. This includes both inside and outside service for the year. They come every couple of months to clean the windows. Some of the services are outside only and some are both inside and outside. They do an amazing job. Helps in a huge way to keep this chore up to date. Love the service and their crew is always very pleasant and answers any questions I have. I would highly recommend them.

The service was fine once finally performed. There were weather issues that delayed service. But they were great about letting me know that they weren't able to finish the job due to ice in the gutters and drain pipes. They were also great about rescheduling and keeping me in the loop. I did have an issue with payment. I purchased a special and paid through Angie's List. They had a hard time confirming this, and I had to send the payment information/confirmation to them multiple times. This was very annoying and took up time that I shouldn't have had to spend.

Arrived on time with helpful pre-arrival calls. Cleaning was quick and accurate and friendly.

The guys cleaned the gutters by hand, making sure the downspouts were clear. Windows were done well

The workers showed up on time and were extremely professional and polite. My windows were extremely dirty and are now sparkling clean. Greg and Kyle were very thorough and were also careful inside the house so nothing was disturbed. I will definitely use A New View again.

It went well. They did forget to do one window but it was my fault for not catching since I didn't walk through with them. They forgot to put a screen back in but that's not hard to do on my own.

It worked out fine. I did hire them to come back the first of next year to clean them again. Price was good for the number of windows that I have. Quality is excellent. I would say they did a d..m good job. The work took about three hours to complete. They cleaned up very well. They didn't make any mess. They had about three people out here. They were very good, very friendly. If I didn't like them, I wouldn't hire them for next year.

Two techs came--they were prompt and polite. They seemed young, though, and I had to keep reminding which windows were to be cleaned. I also had to point out missed spots. They fixed everything as I pointed it out, but I think a more experienced person would not have missed those things. Overall I was pleased. I will have them come back, watch, and teach them to clean windows right the first time!

The crew was very professional and personable. Our complete satisfaction was their primary goal. And they explained the process they used, and offered a 48-hour rain guarantee. We were very happy with the service and enjoyed getting to know the guys in the crew.

I've had the A New View team wash my windows for several years now. I've progressed to calling them when I think I need their services to signing up for a bi-annual program. They are very personable, prompt, and get the job done. I have no complaints and recommend them.

The initial contact was slow. Once we were in contact, however, they were very communicative. The appt was cancelled/changed a couple of times but once the actual day came they were prompt and friendly. I was happy with how they cleaned the actual windows, but the tracks were not cleaned. The window area does not look clean unless the tracks are clean as well. This should be part of the service.
