In every instance, the service has been excellent ... the employees are polite, clean, and efficient. The windows always look great and New View even has a 48 hour, "if it rains on your clean windows we will come back" policy.

Screens were removed, washed, the window frame cleaned along with the windows, and screens put back in place. I highly recommend this company. Not only do they do a great job, but they are nice young men and I trust them.

A New View, LLC continues to provide excellent service and is a well-run business. I now purchase their Annual Window Cleaning service because it is an outstanding value. This annual package entails 2 whole house window cleanings and 4 outside window cleanings per year at a very fair price. Dan Hall and his team are simple great to work with and provide clear estimates, timely scheduling and easy client access to good communication. The employees they send to clean windows are thorough and very nice to have in your home. They work quickly and efficiently. This is the best window cleaning service I have ever used.
Description of Work: Sent a 3 man team to provide a whole house window cleaning - inside, outside and screen cleaning plus a few window track cleanings which required taking out the window to do.

+ 0 moreI've had the crew out several times and although some people on the crew change, they are always courteous, fast, organized and very pleasant to have around. They do a great job and take great care not to cause any damage. They'll ask permission to use the sink and always take off their shoes. They always take special care on the window in front of my sink -- knowing I want that one especially clean. I think the price is great for what they do. They come out several times over the course of the contract and you don't need to be home if they are doing outside only. My only complaint is that sometimes they are early, but I specifically asked them not to be early today and they were on time. Today it was cold and snow was on the ground, but they still found a way to clean the higher windows from the inside. I highly recommend this crew and company. It's a great deal!
Description of Work: A New View crew cleaned 9 windows inside and out and discussed future cleanings and possible pressure cleaning for siding. This price covers one inside cleaning and several outside only cleanings.

Description of Work: This is an excellent window washing company. Dan (owner) of A New View LLC, and Jared arrived at the appointed time. Jared walked through the house with me to assess all the windows and screens I wanted cleaned. He then provided me with a written price so I knew exactly the cost for cleaning all the windows and screens. One of the windows was very challenging to clean for access and safety reasons but Jared and Dan effectively and safely figured out how to do it. Both men are courteous, knowledgeable, hard working, efficient and good communicators. The windows and screens are cleaned to perfection. Jared also showed me two windows that had problem seals. Until that momentI was unaware of the problem seals. A New View also offered incentives/discounts for using their services in the future. I found the company well run and thoughtfully organized. Their pricing is very competitive. I highly recommend A New View LLC and I will definitely use them again. I give them an A+ for their good work.

I was very impressed when, after they were finished, they came inside to do a spot check and minor touch-ups. I thought their price was fair and my windows looked excellent. At other homes, with other companies, my screens sometimes get a little bent, but never with this company. Would most definitely recommend them to anyone needing some clean windows.
