A New View, LLC

They were great. This was back from last fall. My husband was there, and I got there at the end. There were several workers there. They were cleaning up when I got there, quite a few. It was great. They did exactly what I asked them to do.

They are great. I put it together. I was gone. My husband was home and they did a wonderful job. We did not have any complaints. We had one window that is really high and we had shades on it and they said that they cannot clean that one because it is a safety situation. I would have them again anytime. They were great. Their price was fine. It was well within the cost of what I have seen for window people all around, but the reason I used them was because I got them on Angie’s List. The quality of what they did was great. Their responsiveness was good. They were real busy and they were not sure if they would get me in right away. It came to a weekend or something and they said if they could come on this day because they had some guys that would like to make some extra little money and we said sure and that it would be great. So, we got them sooner than they said they could come and that was fine. The only thing to really worry about was if you are going to get a storm. So, that worked out really great too. They came when they said they were going to be here. They were very professional.

Great. We contract for quarterly service and I am always happy when it is time for clean windows & screens again! Always friendly and professional. We have had screen repair in the past & it was perfect.

The windows are great! The only regret is that I should have had them wash the inside too!

The team was quick, organized, pleasant and did a very good job. When my husband inspected the window wells with one of the team, the employee stated he felt they could have done a better job on one of the wells...my husband agreed and they went back and touched it up. We were very pleased with the job when they were finished. This is the third time we have contracted with A New View and find they perform a great job for us consistently over the past few years. They provide a great value for the cost!

OMGosh, after cleaning our windows (I gave them all A's, and would like to have given them A+'s), they offered to repair our screens. The estimate was reasonable, and they offered to pick up and deliver, so I took them up on it. Just a few days later the screens were returned in top condition, and the bill came in below the estimate! Great, great service at a reasonable price.

The men arrived right on time and got to work immediately. They were friendly, courteous and informed as to what was to be done as we had not wanted 2 of the windows done and they knew about that without retelling. They were neat about their supplies and careful during the process. We also had explained to them that we have film on the inside of our west facing windows and they were cautious during the cleaning process so there was no damage. The results were sparkling clean windows/doors wiped free of insect residue and the job was completed in a timely manner. This is the second time we have used A New View and have recommended their service to neighbors, one of whom had her windows done the same day we did. We will certainly use them again as we are no longer able to complete this household chore ourselves.

The staff arrived on time, and worked hard until everything was completed. It took less than an hour! I am fussy, but no call backs needed because the windows were sparkling and streakless.

I've used this company for several years and am always pleased with their service. Windows sparkle, and if a window won't clean up completely, they tell me why (for example, condensation between panes). Several young men got right to their tasks efficiently and pleasantly, while another gave me a written summary of the work they'd do and the cost.

They did an excellent job as usual. All our windows look amazing, what a difference! I signed up for their annual plan and I'm so happy they offer this. It was easy to submit a request on their website and they got right back to me to schedule a time. The guys that came out were very friendly and professional. Everyone at the company is so nice to deal with!

Dalton and Dylan came on time and did a great job. The windows look brand new and the gutters are cleaned. They let me know that a shingle was missing on the roof and some others were loose. When they finished they cleaned up the area from the downspouts. I appreciate their hard work.

A team of three young men from A New View arrived punctually. The team lead calculated the cost of my window cleaning and directed the work of other members of his team. The work went very smoothly and was done well. I will use this service again.

The first time they were scheduled to do the cleaning it was raining and snowing that day so they had to reschedule. They did a good job of communicating with me about rescheduling to April 9 at 3 pm. On the rescheduled date, they arrived at the scheduled time and proceeded to clean all of the windows inside and out. They even dusted off the screens as a part of their cleaning service. The entire job took a little over an hour. I was very pleased with the result. They were thorough and efficient. I will definitely use them again.

The window Cleaning went well, my windows were really dirty and it was so nice to see how clear they were after they finished. They were courteous, and cleaned up after them selves, and advised me of some seals that needed to be checked. I signed up for the yearly cleaning, my windows are very high and are difficult for me to reach, so this was a wonderful service

This was an excellent experience. Two guys came out, both very friendly and very professional in their approach to the job. We would definitely use this company again with no hesitation at all!
