They were prompt for the appointment made for installation of my hot water heater. They were quicker than I thought they would be. I felt the cost for everything was very competitive. The whole installation process was well coordinated, so that's probably why the installation went smoothly and what I thought was quick. I found them to be very professional and polite. I would absolutely hire them again.

Tech was punctual, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I think the cost was comparable based on a google search but not sure. My only complaint is that he did the work before my consent so I basically had no choice but to pay. Maybe that's how it normally works.

Very professional and friendly. They also fixed my heater at the same time. I would highly recommend this company for all heating/air conditioning needs.

They stated that they would start the project at 10:00 AM and they arrived at 8:30 AM. That was a great start and they were finished in about 5 hours. Very friendly and worked quickly and finished the project to my satisfaction. Great price and service was impeccable.

The service man arrived on time and fixed the air conditioner. Zach explained what the problem was; what the solution was and what it would cost. He did the repair that moring. Our air conditioner is working. The job site was left clean and tidy. Great group of people to work with.

they looked over my system and explained what was wrong and the work needed, they were very professional and straight forward, they repaired the system and it works better now than it did when it was brand new

1st Action Tech came out and researched the problem. He took a picture of the area where the wires come into the unit. He recommended replacing the compressor for $1,852 or better yet the entire unit for $3,600. My insurance denied the claim due to it being a short to ground. I had a second tech come out. He also took a picture of the area where the wires come into the unit. He said I can fix this in 10 minutes. He showed me the picture and the hot and ground wires were crossed and had arced together. Obviously a bad installation 5 years ago had finally failed. Problem was fixed for a $65 service call not a total replacement of the unit. The 1st Action Tech had to have seen the problem since he took a picture of it but wanted to make a quick sale to an elderly couple. Both Techs were in the same position and held their cameras in the same position when they took the pictures. This is what tells me that he 1ST Tech saw the same situation. I am not impressed and would never recommend this company to anyone. Jim
