After I sent them a picture of the leaky pipe, the plumber showed up within a day with the replacement part and completed the repair in 1/2 hour.

Got 3 quotes, 1st Action was considerably less. I called to verify that the quote was correct, no add on, or hidden fees. The quote was correct. Installers took time to explain everything about the furnace on installation, operation, and concerns that I had. Installers cleaned up after the installation and removed the old furnace. They did a great job. The estimator was also the installer.

You can't go wrong with this company who took care of all necessary installation process including city inspection. Brenda was very helpful in getting this all set up in 1 day...Installer was very polite & careful in getting his job done.

When they went to go do the estimate they just tried to find as much wrong as they could to run up the price of repairs. Just said everything needed to be replaced and gave a really high estimate. Called someone else. They game me more options. Ended up fixing not replacing at 1/3 of the cost of the estimate from 1st Action.
