I actually had my furnace and my air conditioner replaced. I found Brandyn, Curtis and Rob all to be very professional and informative. (It was my choice to replace both, no pressure to upsale) Furnace was pushing 30 and air was not far behind. Rob and Curtis answered all my questions and left my house and yard exactly as they found them. I was very pleased to have chosen 1st Action to handle my job. Jan H.

They were honest about what we purchased. Their supplier offered an AC that was a lesser value and 1st Action refused wanting what we ordered. My hats off to them.

On time (early actually, called first) good product, good installation, well informed and did good work quickly. Clean! Protected carpets, vacuumed up water and dust afterward. Good advice on what to expect and why certain code updates were needed.

Removed hot water heater, added tankless heater. unclogged slow drains. Very professional, 3 guys showed up and made quick work of the projects. Walked us through what they were doing, in a professional, easy to understand manner. Gave us final directions on how to use the new tankless heater. Also, informed us on what to look for if our 70 year old pipes start having issues. They did not push us to spend a ton of money to re-pipe the house now. We will be contacting them for any future projects. Great job, Rob, Curtis, and Brandon!!

This company is excellent. Needed to check my old water heater and it definitely needed to be replaced. The team was respectful, on time, super informative, listened to our concerns and how we wanted it set up. They will service all of our HVAC and plumbing from now on.

1st Action Plumbing and Heating replaced our furnace and hot water heater. Iâ m happy with the work they did. The crew that did the work were great. They explained everything in understandable detail. They stay in contact about when they will arrive and are on time.

Found the time to get in and get the water heater replacement done the same day. Good communication, and explained the issue to me as well as scheduled a followup to fix the underlying issue. Brandyn was who I spoke with and the interaction was clear and positive.

This all began with Zach checking our ancient Warm Morning wall heater while he was here to do a yearly maintenance check on our Rinnai water heater. We were startled when he got a reading of 45 on his carbon monoxide meter close to the heater vent - he suggested we replace the heater right away as this was not safe at all. He was gracious enough to find us a new wall heater immediately, and Brady and Dylan came back the very next day to remove the old heater and put in the new one. They worked hard all day and did a good job. Brady and Zach came back five days later to cut a vent into our bedroom and also went the extra mile to put in extra rubber gaskets and padding to relieve some rattling and mitigate as much of the noise as possible. We are relieved to be coughing less, breathing better, and to have a good heater that works well for our needs. These guys were kind, professional, and very careful about keeping our home clean, especially when removing our old heater that was full of soot - they did a great job and we are pleased with the results. Docked half a star only due to some confusion with the invoice and not clearly giving a breakdown of costs for the heater itself and for labor and installation, but overall, a job well done! Thank you all!

As a senior, you have no idea how often folks try to rip you off - you become very cautious about hiring someone to help. I do trust Home Advisor, and so scheduled an appointment with 1st Action through Home Advisor. They are the best! The technician was on time, he was very polite, answered my questions, explained what he was going to do, then after he completed the task, he explained what he had done, what he had found and explained not only the invoice, but the information he put on the invoice. I will use 1st Action Plbg again and I will refer them to my friends and neighbors! They are the best!
