1st Action is a very knowledgeable company with easy access to parts. I was not impressed with the communication and the part and labor was well overpriced (top quartile of all estimates). We were in a bind and had to move quickly otherwise I would have done the installation myself. Katelyn was very polite and courteous and the technician Brandon was well-trained and informed.

HIred 1st Action for a consult on noisy furnace motor. No service work performed, since replacement of furnace was postponed. But gentleman was very helpful in advising on new furnace.

Needed a quick fix for a broken water heater and Brandon was on it quickly. Trent installed the new one and took the old one out in no time. Thank you so much for the amazing job! Would recommend to anyone in need!

This company was highly professional. Our furnace went out around 11:00am and we had it diagnosed, installed, with a new programmable thermostat and cleaned up by 3:30. I will be recommending this company to all my neighbors.

They arrived on time and repaired my broken pressure switch on my water heater. They also serviced my furnace. They were very courteous and explained the repair. The only thing is that I believe they may charge above the norm.

Called at 7am for a furnace repair, they were here by 9am. Old furnace had burned up, so they replaced the furnace that day. Very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the project.

Excellent same day service. I usually spend a day or two waiting for companies to respond just for consulting appointments but they were here within a couple of hours and changed out the water heater all in the same day. They are very knowledgeable about what my house needed and could benefit from and provided me with a few options before we proceeded with a water heater swap. They also were very considerate of my house and cleaned up the space after the installation was complete.

This is a young man that tells you straight up about your situation. Once he arrived, and on time, we evaluated the situation and he off and running to get me hot water. Truly ahead of his time.

I called them at 7am and they had someone out at 8:30. I needed a completely new furnace and they stayed and installed our new furnace the same day! They were friendly, courteous, professional and fairly priced. I have 4 kids and two dogs and they made my wife feel comfortable being at home by herself while they were working in our home. They responded quickly and came out to diagnose the problem. It was a shop heater in a horse barn. It was old and not operating efficiently ( 30 years old). They were here with a new unit the next morning. They also offered to remove some old infrared heaters I wasn’t using at no extra charge. I would call them again.

Very professional. Great respect for the customer and property. The wife especially like the booties that were worn while in the house (new hickory hardwood floors). Went through a thorough explanation of the work done and operations on the new thermostat. Great service.

Furnace was not operating. Techs were able to come out and repair it the same day I called. Zach and Trent were able to diagnose the problem right away. They explained what was going on with the furnace. Price charged seemed reasonable.
