Overall experience was average. Repairman was knowledgeable on what needed to be done and did not find any other problems. Complained about the brand of dryer and not liking to work on them. It took awhile to schedule the repair work, but was tied to someone who would worked on our brand.

They were very prompt on the service call and fixed the dryer the same day and ordered the part for the dishwasher. They called several days later and scheduled the next day to install the ordered motor for the dishwasher. The gentleman was very professional and polite and even gave me tips on using the appliances. I have recommended them to friends and family.

The worker arrived promptly and provided good service. He had to return to finish the job, but was very careful to keep us informed about when parts came in, etc.

I have used this vendor several times in the past. This was not one of their better performances. The washer on the refrigerator door was not available from the manufacturer, so they rigged it up, and it does not work well at all.

I found their staff to be courteous and very knowledgeable. I did find myself wishing that they were open a little later in the day for working customers.

The technician from Hi Tech Appliance was extremely professional and knowledgeable about fireplaces. He explained every step he performed in the repair of my gas log fireplace.

IT TOOK TWO TRIPS, BUT THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM AND OUR ANCIENT REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER HAS BEEN RUNNING WELL SINCE THEN. THEY WERE VERY APOLOGETIC ABOUT HAVING TO COME OUT TWICE.

REPAIRMAN WAS HELPFUL AND EXECUTED THE REPAIR IN A CROWDED BASEMENT LOCATION. THE REPAIRMAN ARRIVED AT THE PROMISED TIME, AND THE REPAIR WAS COMPLETED IN A SHORT TIME. THE DRYER OPERATED PROPERLY AFTER THE REPAIR WAS COMPLETE.

I HAVE USED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES. THEY ARE ALWAYS PROMPT. THE TECHNICIANS ARE WELL KEPT AND COURTEOUS. I ALWAYS FEEL I GET AN HONEST RECOMMENDATION TO EITHER REPAIR AN APPLIANCE OR REPLACE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HI-TECH APPLIANCE FOR ANY OF YOUR SERVICE NEEDS.

THE SERVICEMAN CAME AS PROMISED WITHIN THE TWO HOUR WINDOW. HE WAS FAST AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GOT THE WASHER REPAIRED IN THIRTY MINUTES. THAT WAS A RELIEF TO NOT TO HAVE TO PURCHASE A NEW WASHER. HE DID COME INTO THE HOUSE WITH MUDDY SHOES SO THAT WOULD BE MY ONLY SUGGESTION TO WEAR SHOE COVERS.

THEY RESPONDED TO OUR ORIGINAL CALL VERY PROMPTLY. IT ONLY TOOK ONE DAY TO GET THE PART THEY NEEDED. OUR DISHWASHER WAS BACK UP AND RUNNING IN TWENTY FOUR HOURS.
