Description of Work: Our furnace had to be replaced after a water fixture failure related a flood that damaged the old one. Service Experts came out to our house the day of the March 23rd blizzard. A tech first assessed the damage. Water had compromised the electronics in the old furnace, and a specialist was brought out to assess our system and to offer a range of solutions. We chose to replace the entire HVAC system. The entire new system was installed two days later, and done properly. The technicians were diligent and professional. We are very pleased with the service provided, and a a fair price.

+ -1 moreClimate Masters comes to do tune-ups on my furnace and air conditioning. When they come, they arrive within their time frame. The only problem is that I have prepaid the cleanings and inspections and I have had to call and remind them that they owe me my service calls.
Description of Work: Check the gas furnace and air conditioning to make sure they are okay.

+ -1 moreWE WERE VERY PLEASED OVERALL WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED. THE WORK WAS DONE VERY PROFESSIONALLY. THE ONLY ISSUE WE HAD WAS WITH A REFERRAL REBATE THAT OUR NEIGHBOR WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE FOR RECOMMENDING THEM TO US. OUR NEIGHBOR NEVER RECEIVED THEIR REBATE CHECK.
Description of Work: WE HAD A NEW FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONING UNIT INSTALLED IN OUR HOME. WE ALSO HAD A NEW HUMIDIFIER AND THERMOSTAT INSTALLED AS WELL.
