He was great! He asked what I needed, I walked him through to show him all of the locks, he said 'No problem" and was done in an hour. Quick and easy!!

He was very difficult to get hold of, delayed several appointments. Apparently his father was in ill health, which would explain a lot. I think he may have screwed in kickplate too tightly because it dents in at screws unlike other kickplates in neighborhood. He is very nice, reasonably priced, and honest, I thought.

James did a wonderful job. The locks and keys work great. He's very polite and professional.

Mr. Phifer was on time and did a superb job. It was priced really low and I would have expected to pay 3-4 times what he charged.

Highly recommend Phifer Locksmith Service. James scheduled service for the next day, arrived on time and quickly had the locks rekeyed and made some repairs to a couple of the locks/ doors as well. He is very professional and effecient.

A pleasure to work with. When scheduling, I was able to speak with James and not have to leave a message. He was available to do the work within 4 days of calling. He showed up early, worked fast and efficiently, and was in and out within an hour. Additionally, he fixed locks that were not latching correctly or smoothly, and fixed a door that was loose on the hinges. That is above and beyond the work I expected. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

It was great. They were very professional. One of my locks was kind of not working the right way so before he got up the property he was headed to his vehicle and he came back and fixed it. There was no questions at all. It was good. I purchased big deal on March and I ended up waiting till it was June. It took him a while to get back to me when I left a message I think it was like a week, but by the time he may be selling the other orders he had gotten, so I don't have a problem with that. I would use them again.

This is the second time I have used Phifer Locksmith Service and I will use them again if I have the need. Completely professional, prompt, efficient and affordable. Especially with the Angie's List big deals. No need to look any further, this is the Locksmith to use.

My experience with them was great. They showed up on time. They did what they were supposed to do. Everything worked like they should have.

We arranged our schedules around the appointment and waited until 7 pm and he never showed up, so I called and got his answering machine. I left a message. Thirty minutes later, I left another message and thirty minutes later left another message. He never came and never called. The next morning, I called again and left another message. He still has never called and never shown up.
