Phifer Locksmith Service

Our call was answered quickly and an appointment was made within a few days. The service tech was ontime and re-keyed our lock in about 15 minutes. All the new keys worked very well and he was on his way.

He was on-time, professional and very accommodating. I wanted some additional work done beyond the special (add a deadbolt) and he was able to do that for a very reasonable fee. He also helped repair a lock on my storm door that wasn't working well. The previous owners of my home had installed the door with the wrong type of lock but he got it working. All in all, he re-keyed four doors and added a deadbolt to one for a very reasonable fee.

James never came to do the work. He had several family issues come up.

He was responsive on the phone and agreed to come out the following day to change all of our locks. We utilized the deal from Angie's list and there were no hidden charges or surprises. He even drilled out the dead bolt connection in the back door because it wasn't latching properly. I would definitely use this company again.

This was one of the best service experiences I've ever had. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I learned how to operate a tricky lock with no problems. We'll use Phifer Locksmith again and gladly recommend this business.

Did not show or call to indicate unable to make appointment. Did not respond to any voice messages I left trying to determine service date.

He was very helpful and did all the work needed. He also adjusted some of the doors to make the locks work better. I would definitely call him again if work is needed for our locks.

He returned my first email and said he wasn't available on the date I wanted. We scheduled for 2 weeks later. Last week I received an email from him saying that his wife just told him that they had a family event scheduled for the day he was supposed to come. I asked for another date. He wasn't available and then in essence said in another email that because he was receiving so much business from Angie's List he was too busy and I could obtain a refund for his "deal." The lack of professionalism combined with his arrogance was really sad.

James was on time and very personable. A pleasure to deal with. He got the work done for the price he quoted. Everything turned out great. I 'd be happy to recommend him to a friend.

Had to reschedule twice, after a month of waiting and cancellations I am requesting a refund. Seemed like the guy had some bad luck with his vehicle, but that shouldn't take this many weeks to fix.

After several attempts to schedule the service, the provided no-showed. Attempts to reschedule were not successful. Provider requested we request a refund.

Everything went perfectly. James was right on time and completed the work very quickly and provided us with new keys. He was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

I purchased the deal $90 for up to 6 locks re-keyed. He got back to me quickly and we scheduled a time to have it done. I was a little late because of traffic but he was very nice and waited for me to get there. He ended up re-keying 3 locks (because that's all I needed done) in a timely and efficient manner. I would recommend him.

James was very professional and got the job done quickly. I called on Wednesday and they showed up first thing on Friday morning. I had two locks changed and they provided me with 6 keys. The locks stuck and they were difficult to turn, but after James rekeyed them, they work much better! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their locks changed. He had a little bit of issue getting here. I wanted it done a couple of weeks ago but he was in an accident and his van got smashed so we just rescheduled for today so that I can have all the maintenance done on one day. He came in, he's very professional, fixed the locks, and get everything taken cared of. He was great. He didn't charge me anything else and he came out, he re-keyed the 3 locks, he gave me 6 keys, and we're fair and square, then he left. He did very well, he let me know immediately what happened and when he would come out so it was fine. It was expensive but it's worth it.

The provider was very professional and completed the work as described. Communication prior to the appointment was excellent. Due to flooding in the area, we needed to reschedule and the provider was more than willing to work with me. I would definitely recommend and hire Phifer Locksmith Service again.

It went extremely well. He was on time and he completed the work in 30 minutes. He also answered all my questions about my doors and locks. He inspected the other hardware related to the locks and noticed that the screws holding the plate into the wall were not long enough and replaced all of them with longer ones and did not charge me. I really appreciated his thoroughness in not just completing the work requested, but in looking at everything to make sure any other issues were fixed.

I purchased a big deal from them. It took a while to set up the appointment. He didn't show up to the appointment. Did not let me know that he was not going to show up. I sent him a voicemail asking why he did not show up. He sent me an email giving me several reasons why. I gave him another chance but he never got back in contact with me and I still have not had the work done.

I called James on a Friday and left a message. He returned my call later that day and scheduled an appointment to come to my home the following Wednesday. He showed upon a few minutes early and was extremely polite, professional, and diligent. He had all of the locks rekeyed within 30 minutes. The deal I purchased was for rekeying six locks and providing six new keys, but I had only asked him to do five. He mentioned rekeying the lock on the front storm door and gave me two keys for that door. I hadn't even thought about a key for that door. Very pleased with the entire experience.
