He never called me back, and I have had to get this Deal refunded and have sought an alternate provider.

They were efficient and quick. They re-keyed 4 locks in the home.

Only contact was through Angie's messaging, couldn't get him to email or call, set up a date for work and gave him my number to call before or at arrival (I work nights), but he never called and said he stopped by for the work but I didn't know... never contacted again.

It went great. It has been scheduled almost immediately but then they had an emergency in the family and it got postponed for like a week or so. Once he came back, he called me right away. Not only did I not pay more, but he told me that what I needed, I could have paid less. He was actually relatively affordable than some of the other places that I spoke with so the $90 was a good deal compared to some locksmiths I was calling directly.

My experience with Phifer Locksmith Service went pretty badly. It took him probably a month to get to my house to install a new lock. I wasn't here, my mother in law was. The pricing was good. The quality was also good. They did good work. I would not use them again in the future again.

It went smoothly and took only about 45 minutes.

He worked quietly and continuously on what seemed like a tedious task. Our requirements exceeded that allowed in the coupon but he did all the locks. The extra charge seemed reasonable.

We recently purchased a home and wanted to make sure all locks were replaced before we moved our belongings into the home. James was prompt and efficient and pleasant to work with. We would definitely recommend Phifer Locksmith Service and will definitely use him in the future if needed.

We set up an appointment. He called a day before the appointment to say he would be able to make it that day. So he came, set the lock to my key, and put in the new lock, all of which took about 15 minutes. Very efficient!

It was good. We appreciated their service. The pricing was fair. The guy came out and was very professional, competent, and did the job quickly. We are considering hiring them again to have them update our garage door lock. Scheduling the Big Deal was a little confusing because email communication went through Angie's List and not my personal email account. All communication went through the website so we had to login to our Angie's List account to see messages from them.

James did a great job for a reasonable fee and we will use him going forward for our home and commercial property.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. They were very quick, concise and there really was not too much to it. They were in and out very quickly and everything was great. Their price is competitive, but they were a little bit late.

Provider slow in responding to calls.

Arrived exactly on time. I used a certificate to pay for most of services. He did the additional rekeying and keys for me at the price stated on the certificate. I had forgotten a problem I had with one deadbolt, and he fixed that at no additional charge. I will absolutely use his services as I need them in the future and highly recommend him to anyone needing such work done.

I contacted Mr. Pfifer and set up a time for the install. He called the day before to confirm and asked if he could come earlier. Unfortunately it was not convenient for us to schedule earlier so I asked to keep close to the original time. He did not seem enthusiastic, but acquiesced. I arrived 10 minutes early, no show. I waited two hours and called, left a message. Unfortunately I received no response. This happened yesterday, and I still have not heard back. I won't be using him again.

The contractor arrived on time, worked quickly, was friendly, and kept the cost within the pre-paid amount.

This was pretty straight forward. The company that installed my sliding glass door left a set of keys that did not work in the door. The locksmith simply re-keyed the lock so the keys now work.

They were easy to get a hold of and schedule, prompt and fast with the work, and did high-quality work.
