Showed up on time, was professional and went above and beyond to get the locks on the doors.

I was very pleased with the service. I had to re-schedule the appointment twice due to my changes on my part. James was always very gracious and understanding. On the date the work took place, he was prompt and called us to let us know he was on his way. The work was well-done and in a very timely manner. I would definitely use James again.

James returned our call in a timely manner. He arrived exactly at the scheduled time and completed the job quickly. He was very polite and gave attention to detail, turning around one of the locks that was not set in the same direction as the one just above it. I would use him again.

James was great. I was locked out of my new house and James was able to come over within two hours to help me get in and install new locks and cut new keys. Very friendly and works fast! Very reasonable when it comes to price. Felt I did not need to shop around.

James arrived on time and went over the job details with me: replace the front door latch/lock set and re-key the other 4 doors (2 locks each). He even asked if it was okay to pull all of the locks at once to facilitate the re-key. He was fast, tidy and thorough. He had to replace a small part on my front door lock and didn't even charge extra: talk about customer service! I have already referred friends and family to him and will definitely use him again.

After purchasing the Big Deal I was contact within 1-2 business days to schedule the service. Which could be performed very quickly. I later learned that the time slot had a conflict for us and was able to reschedule very easily and without being pushed out much at all. When they arrived the work was performed as described and expected. He went above and fixed the alignment of one of the deadbolt at no additional charge.

The owner arrived, listened to what I wanted done. He suggested switching some locks around so I wouldn't have to buy any new ones thus saving me money. Then he switched them, put in new locks and made me new keys.

James knew what he was doing and was very quick in spite of having to work around the painters. I will use Phifer whenever I need a locksmith in the future.

The job was performed just as described. Five locks were rekeyed and we were provided 6 keys. The entire job took about 30 minutes.

I had 6 lock cylinders that needed re-keying, and he saved me extra keys by redoing them all with the same key, so the 6 keys I got as part of the Angie deal were all I needed. Phifer Locksmith had an Angie's List Big Deal that I bought to change five locks in my house. James called almost immediately after I purchased the deal and set up a convenient appointment time for two days later. James arrived on time and performed the work quickly and competently. He even fixed a stuck deadbolt that I didn't even know was broken. Very friendly and will recommend his services in the future.

He was a little difficult to get an appointment with which was fine. We made an appointment and I scheduled to have the day off work to have the work completed. He called about 2 hours before he was scheduled to come and said he couldn’t make it but that he would call me back and reschedule. He hasn’t done so and didn’t return a follow up phone call. I have requested a refund.

Service, responsiveness was great. We had to reschedule and was no problem for him to come out on the weekend. Absolutely the best service from a locksmith I've ever had.

Phifer Locksmith is one of the best services I have found on Angie's list. He answers all calls or responds very quickly to messages. He is courteous and professional and very efficient. He spent nearly an hour at my house trying to remedy a difficult situation since the original door and lock was installed improperly (by a different merchant.) After much effort, he got the door open and the lock fixed. His charge of $45 for the service seemed very fair and reasonable. I will continue to rely on his company for my locksmith needs.

I would gladly use this company again. James was honest and helpful. He cleaned and repaired the locks and added one new deadbolt. If we need new locks in the future, I will use Phifer Locksmith again.

I called for an estimate and they offered a very reasonable price to rekey all our door locks. They were able to schedule me very quickly and the service was excellent. James came at the appointed time and he quickly assessed the problem I was having with one of our door knobs not latching properly. Originally, I thought I would have to replace that knob/lock, but he managed to repair it instead, which saved us money. I am very impressed by the courteousness and customer service Phifer Locksmith Service offered and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if a need arose.
