Ken was great! He came out on Monday afternoon to take a look at what I wanted to have done, gave me a quote, and was back out on Thursday to do the job. Ken was efficient, professional, and tidy. The work sites were clean, and everything is working perfect. If I need electrical work in the future, he'll be my first call.

Ken did a great job installing an antenna on our mobile home. He made sure that it was the correct size and that it was fully grounded.

On my initial call with Ken he gave me a quote and walked through how he came up with the estimate. When he came to do the work we went through my home room by room and he told what needed to happen in each room before he started his work. Ken showed up when he said he would, he was very tidy and cleaned up after himself, and the actual cost of the project was just a few dollars off from his estimate. I'm very happy with the work Ken provided and he'll be my first call for any other wiring projects that come up.

Excellent. Ken knows what he is doing, understands wiring, TV, and telephone issues very well. The installation required working in the attic space but he did it efficiently and professionally. He has the needed equipment with him and stayed with the job until it was finished. I highly recommend him.

I discussed the work with him and he had come and actually inspected the work and made his recommendations for the equipment etc. In reality, when the work was being done it looked to me that he has little clue what he was doing and learning on the job. Indeed, when he finished the job he couldn’t make it work and didn’t have a clue how to finish it. Unprofessional! I hired him because of his ratings with Angie’s. I made a mistake and don’t want others to make it.

This the 2nd time that we have hired Ken for his services. We wanted OTA installed in the attic and establish LAN\Data wiring between the 1st and 2nd floor. Ken was up to the challenge as this was an older home. His assessment of structure of the house and how the wiring would best be hidden was perfect. He worked tirelessly the entire day to get this completed and the results were excellent!

It took a while to get on the calendar since Ken's schedule is pretty full, but it was was worth the wait. Since the cable needed to be routed into the attic through some structural obstacles, it ended up taking an hour longer than the original quote, so it was a bit more expensive than we anticipated. The outlet was installed exactly where we wanted it, which helped us eliminate the unsightly cable running across the room from the other side. Ken was also nice enough to stage another cable line in the attic in case the need arises in another room upstairs, and did so without asking. It's a nice bonus.

Ken did a great job. He was scheduled out a few weeks, but was on time on our scheduled day. He works by the hour, so it pays to be organized when he arrives.

After spending some time evaluating how to wire a connection between the Uverse gateway router in the upstairs computer room and a downstairs bedroom (which included a lot of stair climbing, attic crawling and basement inspecting), Ken realized that we already had a network switch at the downstairs living room TV. He ran ethernet from that switch through the basement and back up to the bedroom. He squared up an existing sloppy hole in the bedroom that was drilled for a previous satellite installation, put in and labeled new jacks and plates, and verified that everything was working as expected. Excellent work performed at a very reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to use Ken Lacewell's services at any time in the future I might need them.

It went extremely well. He showed on the promised date and took time to understand the project. Incorporated some of the ideas that I gave him and implemented the whole project from start to finish - with attention to details and quality of work. Explained me the new layout and cleanup well after he was done. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. He surely knows his trade and we'd use him again any time and also recommend him highly.

Ken's workmanship was top-notch and his attention to detail was outstanding. All cables were run very neatly and the terminations were what you would expect if a professional was doing the work. He spent more time than he originally estimated but lived up to his original quote. I won't hesitate to call him in the future.

Had an existing roof antenna that wasn't performing well and due to it's age had to be replaced. He installed the new antenna and was great in trying to use as much from the existing antenna setup as possible. He was diligent in checking the signal strength from the antenna as well as making sure each TV was functioning properly. He also grounded the antenna which and hooked up an existing lightening rod for the safety measures. Although the work took longer than I anticipated (most likely due to my ignorance of the amount of work involved), I was very happy with the quality of his work and the cost was right inline with what he quoted. As an added bonus, he offered advice for a wiring issue I had in another room. I would recommend him to others and would his services again in the future.
