The parking lot drains toward the building, and the ADA spot is not to code. We now have a thick pool of ice outside our door in winter and flooding when it rains. Our business is a charity, and our staff and volunteers must now risk personal injury to get into our building in the winter and have to spend hours chipping ice before work, increasing our cost to do business. Everyone makes mistakes, and hiring this employee was a mistake. Still, whats fair is fair; having paid for the work should mean we have a functional parking lot. This business needs to make things right and hasnt taken the opportunity to do so."

For a driveway that is 200 square feet, you can expect to pay $600 to $1,800, and for a driveway that is 500 square feet, that cost averages $1,500 to $4,500. Resurfacing your driveway will give you the look and feel of a new surface without the hefty cost.
You may want to hire a concrete floor contractor to check out your home’s concrete surfaces or inspect your home’s foundation for minor damages that they can fix while on site. They may be able to fix cracks in your driveway or garage floor the same day they fix your concrete steps, as well.
