TruGreen Lawn Care - 5310

They did very well. A gentleman came out during a windy time, and said he would come back when it was less windy. They have always been very nice.

The experience went well. They would come out every month to spray the lawn, and it seemed to work. It was an excellent service.

They have been treating my lawn for the last 2 years and have done a great job. They treated my lawn for spider mite damage and did a great job. They were very professional and I like them a lot. I will continue to use their services in future.

They have been excellent. We have used them for about four years. They are good and we will continue to use them.

We're in a new development and have experienced repeated problems with scheduling services from vendors. The inability of current mapping tools (Google, etc.) to find our location has created numerous problems. We expect this and go out of our way to inform service providers of our correct address and how to find us. As expected, TruGreen had similar confusion with regard to scheduling our initial Tree/Shrub service. Where it normally takes a single phone call and a few moments to resolve any confusion, it took 3 calls and two weeks before TruGreen was able to schedule the correct branch to service for our residence. Unfortunately, their staff spent far too long internally debating responsibility on who should provide our initial service without contacting us to clarify and dropped the ball. When we finally were able to get the service and location scheduled; it was slotted on the wrong week. A fourth phone call resulted in an escalation and profuse apologies. The branch manager himself came out to service our yard that same day, free of charge (expected cost was $59) and provided more than was expected (with detailed review of all of our landscape concerns, not just the Tree service we scheduled). While we were extremely dissatisfied with the initial scheduling and time taken to resolve where the services were to be performed; we were extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the staff and branch manager when they realized the significant service failure. We have scheduled additional services for our trees and shrubs for the balance of this year and will update or provide a new review based on our experience.

They are punctual and my grass looks great. They do what they say they are going to do. Their prices are reasonable. I like them.

I was very unhappy with them. They charged me $40 a month to do treatment for my lawn because it was in very bad shape and it did not get any better. I contacted me and told them cancel my service and they made numerous attempts to change my mind. They really did try to make me happy.

I had some little tomato saplings on my patio and when the guy was using the herbicide and it went on the tomatoes because he did not see it. I called the company and they said not to worry about it and that they would replace it. They are very responsible for their actions. It seems like they do a good job. I don’t have a lot of involvement with them because they come, do their job, and move on. They told me to take a picture of the tomatoes and send it to them. I spent about $40 the last time and I have 2 properties, so everything comes up to a total of $320. They come by in the fall and do winterization and they will put down seeds and planting. I usually spent about $180 for the winterization.

I have been using them for 14 years. I'm really happy with their work.

They have done a great job. My lawn has never looked better. I like that they automatically come. I don?t have to contact them. It is a great schedule. They leave the bill at door, which makes it hassle free. They keep tabs. They give me customer service calls to sell me other products, which I have not taken yet, but it is good to know what other products they offer.

They are good. They show up put the fertilizer and leave. The lawn stays about the same. It doesn?t get any worse.

It turned out good. They take good care of the yard. It looks better than most. I think it was well worth it.

It turned out fine. I liked it very much. It was wonderful. They were courteous and helpful. They provided what I needed.

I received three treatments from them, and it is one of the worst looking on the block. It use to look better than it does now. They still have two more treatments that they need to do, so we'll see how things turn out.

The lawn looks pretty good but I think they are kind of pricey.

The yard treatment done by Trugreen Chemlawn really worked. We were trying to get our yard green quickly, so that we could sell our house soon. They gave us a discount for the first one or two times they came out. We had never used anybody for yard treatment before, so we couldn?t compare the prices with that of the others. We felt they were a little pricey but we had the greenest lawn in the neighborhood for a while. I?d probably use them again.

The work they do is good. Everything they do as far as fertilizing works out fine; they grass grows well and the trees do fine. They do seem to have trouble scheduling appointments and will show up when we're not expecting them. We have dogs that we have to watch and so this tends to be a problem. Other then that, they have done a fine job. They do tend to be on the pricey side. For the time being we'll continue to use them.

I've used TruGreen for several years now at an approximate cost of $200/year (the total I've spent in this report is over four years). The product is of high quality and our lawn was resurrected from a very poor state into one of the best in the neighborhood.

They always respond to me. The approximate cost listed is per visit, I had them come out four times. They are always responsive to any concerns that I have and they always answer promptly or have someone come out to help. I will continue to use them for future service.

I've not really seen anything excellent that has impressed me like they have. The price is not bad and they are charged me per treatment. Their professionalism is good and they have been on time. When I contacted them they were very quick and accessible.

I called for an estimate and Scotts came out right away to look at our lawn. They followed up with a phone call and started service when they said they would.

We had already had the lawn fertilized a few months earlier. But the grass is slightly greener. The dandelions are completely gone. The other weeds remain however. We weren't overly impressed with the weed control.

Bo the salesman was on time and professional. He saw right away where the problems are without being prompted by me. Did not try and sell me into anything. Prices were actually lower that I was expecting.

The product provided was fine and appeared to do a good job on the lawn. However, the sales representatives from the company would call frequently to try and sell additional services, using a misleading sales approach that implied that they were coming out to provide services that were included in your contract. This happened repeatedly to me, even after I spoke to a manager regarding a recent call. The manager did not follow up as he indicated he would on the matter and the calls continued. I ended up canceling my service at the end of the contract.

The treatment they did worked great and our lawn looked wonderful all season however, they were actually coming out approximately every 3 weeks which was not our agreement and was apparent they would be there much more often than 5 times a year. We have cancelled the service and may again use them next season or perhaps another company with the firm agreement that we will only pay for so many visits.
