What can one say about Jason, not only was he professional in his work, he also took time to teach us on how the home buying process works. Jason was refered to us from another agent, this speaks volumes of the trust that the other agent felt about Jason. Being in the military one trust but verifies everything, Jason's referral from another trusted agent was enough. Jason worked long and h****** our needs, being stationed in TX, the distant was a problem. Jason asked and delivered on everything we ask for. Jason sent us homes we ask to see, not the ones he felt was right for us. Bottom line upfront he listened to us. He provided us the pros and cons to this home vs that home. Jason made the home buying process easy. Due to things out of my control my transfer did not happen. The purchase of the home could not be completed at this time. Hands down I would use Jason again.

We just moved to Colorado from Texas and didn't even know where to begin when looking for a realtor or house. I got on Angie's List and found Jason. After talking with him on the phone I got an immediate good feeling from him. He offered to meet my husband and I on a Sunday to discuss what we were looking for so he could start the search criteria and then we would meet later in the week to look at some houses. After our first outing it was clear that we didn't really know what we wanted! Jason was incredibly patient in helping us hone in our must haves versus wants. We actually went under contract on one house but a terrible inspection caused us to back out. Jason never seemed frustrated, it was clear that he wanted us to have a good home and not just close a sale. Shortly after we found another home, went under contract, and this one closed on January 31st. We couldn't have done it without Jason and when we are ready to buy our weekend home in the mountains we will definitely use him again!

What can i say, I bought my first property through Jason back in 2003 and i've been using him for all my real estate transactions since. He is absolutely buttoned up when it comes to getting things done right, not to mention quickly. He not only finds great properties for me, he finds great buyers as well. And on top of that he truly is one of the nicest, most genuine people you'll ever meet. There really are very few people like Jason. I highly recommend him.
